Patrick was friendly and professional from start to finish - and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service during our event. We booked Say Cheese for a four-hour time slot - and Patrick arrived at the venue promptly at the start of our window. Not only did he set up all of his own supplies quickly  - but he even helped us put together our branded backdrop, which definitely would not have happened if he hadn't stuck around to help. Patrick provided a few fun, holiday-themed props - which our guests simply adored! The photos not only print out in strips - but can also be sent right to your phone, which makes it easy to share on social media. I also loved the personalization option of being able to add a logo to the photo strips for the event. This is small detail that makes a big difference. They took the time to ask questions and make sure they could accommodate our party, and they were able to provide everything we needed--a tent, three tables, and chairs--which ended up being perfect for our event. They arrived the day before, quickly set everything up, and made the process incredibly easy after confirming where we wanted everything placed. We did have an unfortunate incident involving some of the equipment (completely our fault, not theirs), and when I reached out to let them know, they were very understanding and gracious about it. We don't host a lot of events each year, but when we do, I'll definitely be using Martinez Tents and Events again. Their customer service, professionalism, and flexibility were outstanding. True, I have a bias, I recognize that . That aside, the pictures were wonderfully framed, they were so well composed I couldn't pick a favourite. Each one captured the emotion we felt, and did it so elegantly. I wanted to print each and every one! Each one was timeless (to us) and each one was just perfect. Our friends also commented on how beautiful the images were and they were! Putting aside the fact that pictures were just sublime for a moment, what else makes this a 5 star experience. Stephanie was responsive, communicative and thoughtful in our conversation. She was available via email and telephone and replied more swiftly than I would have even expected. She not only came thru with helpful suggestions for the day, but took time to come early and help me figure out what the heck to do when my original plan fell thru for a lack of attentiveness on my part. There is something to be said for the expertise and quick thinking on her part which enabled the day to go thru smoothly. While I would have gladly paid a lot more for the pictures, and it is hard to put a price to such a wonderful moment in our lives, I must say she is very reasonably priced.
