Everyone loved it BUT, early on my wife realized they weren't putting any pictures into an album and having people sign it as our guest book which was our intention for paying the extra $$. The two people working told her no we hadn't ordered it, which we did, and the lady didn't check the contract or anything until the next day and they said "oops, you did order the album" we'll just paste the pictures in the album and send it to you and we'll upgrade you to the "premium" album. Although this did not ruin the entire wedding it did leave us with no guest book what so ever. I had to rudely email them and say we wanted a refund rather than an album with just pictures in it for $100. They were quick to respond, but, the response and apology weren't sufficient enough. The concept was great and our guests loved it but I'm still mad at their offer of resolution. I would give 3 1/2 stars if possible. It's a really really neat thing to have at your wedding and everyone loved it. I know things happen from time to time but this really is not something that could be fixed after the fact because we'd never have all of those people together at the same time ever again.

Patrick was friendly and professional from start to finish - and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service during our event. We booked Say Cheese for a four-hour time slot - and Patrick arrived at the venue promptly at the start of our window. Not only did he set up all of his own supplies quickly  - but he even helped us put together our branded backdrop, which definitely would not have happened if he hadn't stuck around to help. Patrick provided a few fun, holiday-themed props - which our guests simply adored! The photos not only print out in strips - but can also be sent right to your phone, which makes it easy to share on social media. I also loved the personalization option of being able to add a logo to the photo strips for the event. This is small detail that makes a big difference. I absolutely recommend Say Cheese for your next event - we will definitely be working with them again soon!
