She is so caring and I know our fur babies (cats, dogs and rabbits), as well as our turtle, fish and even my husband's hawk (he is a falconer) are in excellent hands. She sends pictures of our pets which eases the worry while we are gone. We have had other pet sitters and Kathy has been the absolute best. I can go away without worrying at all. We have some odd things, (feeding the hawk raw quail) that we needed done and she has been a trooper in doing them all and then some, like bringing in the mail and putting away garbage cans from the street and even watering plants. Kathy has also done some in home dog training consults with our dogs and I really like her style of dog training, very practical, respectful, and realistic. I was excited to bring them back for a second appointment. I scheduled their appointment for 12 PM. I received a call at 1030 AM from the shop asking if I wanted to come in earlier than 12. I said "I will try to make it when I can." At 1201 I received a call from the shop asking when I was going to be there. The woman said, "I have been waiting since 1030. Are you almost here because I have to leave soon." I never promised to be there at a certain time other than their scheduled appointment which was at 12. Each of my dog's baths take at least half an hour so it did not make sense that she said she had to leave soon. Unprofessional and rude that this woman is frustrated that I did not come in earlier to accommodate HER.
