Very poor quality and size, the size feels like 150 grams. It is nothing like they advertise on their Instagram. Don't buy it. I wasted my hard-earned $338 to buy this crap. Like I don't know virgin hair. The hair started shedding as soon as it came off their luxury delivery package (another strategy to make you feel you are buying quality) It's either the people giving 5-star reviews who have never experienced good hair or they are fake reviews. I have also read some reviews complaining about size and quality and that size is not consistent. So people who purchased before and buying again are seeing different qualities and sizes the second time they buy. So it is a hit or miss. I reached out to them only to hear it is the same size blablabla and I cannot return the hair since I asked for customisation. I am very disappointed with how this young woman will be reaping other women like her off from the internet. This kind of money made like this does not last. Soon you will begin to reap it. No wonder they have no listing on Google so people can't review them there. Reviews on their website are filtered. First I checked in with the desk and the receptionist was lovely . She asked me to just wait and someone would be out to get me. Then I went to a private room to try on different style options. I'm a wig virgin so I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. The beautiful woman who helped me was amazing and gave me really great advice on my options . I chose the Lulu which is a 14 inch curly style. She told me that this style might be a little harder to maintain but it would last long if I took great care with it . Once I selected a style, I went back out front to pay. Then another small wait for the stylist to call me back. Once in the styling room, Antonia customized the hair and styled it. This was the best part because I had no idea what to do. Now I'm all set. The final outcome is pure amazingness. It looks so natural and is so very secure. No glue or spray. Plus --it doesn't feel hot - which is very important for women of a certain age!! I love it so much. The icing on the cake was that I got to witness a very special transformation that literally brought tears to my eyes. A cancer warrior got a new look and it was so beautiful . I highly recommend A-list Hair and would travel here again. Ladies you can't get this quality on Amazon or at the corner Asian beauty supply. A+ for Alist!

Got a full color and highlights - Beata recommended the highlight and base color after I showed her a couple of photos and it turned out beautiful. I also showed her the hair style I liked and she did a great job of adapting it to my hair. I would highly recommend her - or even Sam. Sam did my sister's hair it turned out really good too. I will definitely be going back to get my hair redone before a wedding.

The changing rooms are well kept and you are provided with towels and toiletries. And ladies not only does the changing rooms have blow dryers but also GHD hair straightners which was suprising. The changing rooms are linked to the sauna, showers and then the swimming pool. I usually just go swimming in the gym because the pool is the only one is london that has a low percentage of chlorine and is actually warm not freezing like most swimming pools. The swimming pool has about 6 lanes which is perfect for laps. Membership can be a little pricey but is worth it without a doubt.
