I love the atmosphere of clean store front, soft music, properly arranged items by size and categories as well as the toy area being tidy. Easy to find what I want with out having to get help. But nice to have help readily available if needed. I also like the enclosed play area for little Tikes so I know my son is busy and happy playing and not grabbing things on shelf or ready to leave right away. The prices to buy are low and the assortment of product is good quality especially for used items. Seriously good quality. But two things I wasn't fond of is the low trade in value though not low enough to keep me from coming back. And I have myself and many friends had some attitude and snobbish workers. Repetitively the same ones. Four of five stars, I like it. Besure to get the frequent shoppers slash trade ins card to earn a discount.

They had tons to choose from. But .. all good things come to an end. They started to take a lot more items in range of sizes. The store was crowded and packed before, now.. you can't even look at a garment they're so packed on the rack ! Pull a shirt out and you get 50 falling out too. They're really stuck on "Name" brand , so the stylish or unique clothing finds , are no longer. Prices are crazy high on most stuff. It's easier to put up with Temu and Amazon scoring a great deal on NEW merchandise, than trying to pillage through the tight rows . Of basic clothing, and I add this because all I seen for boys clothes , was several Nike or Adidas shirts in the exact same style multiple times. Giving no style or variety. For the most part , the workers are checking you out. But they don't generally seem interested or want to really be bothered by you. Most are busy going through people's belongings they're trying to sale. Then there is that . BRING IN GENTLY NEW USED CLOTHING OR ITEMS AND WILL PAY YOU!!! Don't waste your time. If you think you have really good clothing or items , you're better off trying to sell them on FB Marketplace or OfferUp. I can promise you , you'll save yourself a headache and put more money in your pocket. I had around 7 small boxes of New and gently used name brand teen boys clothing and if not , a ton from Target. They actually kept around 3/4's of the boxes but I only got $22 dollars. . AND I'll add, they won't even think about your items if they're in bags . -Totes, or boxes only. If there are scuffs or the slightest speck of dirt on baby items , ie.. Strollers, Swings , stuff like that , they will not accept. Period! YET... have no problem returning your items back to you that they do not want, messy, unfolded and be lucky if the items are back in said tote or box! I took time to wash, fold and organised each box of clothing I took into sell. Even down to size! What the gave back to me , was miserable! Don't forget to make an appointment too if you are still willing to give it a shot. They claim they text you when they're done going or should I say tearing through your stuff, Ha ! Maybe on Wednesday?? I live across town, so I was trying to stay in the area. I was on that side around 4 hours and no text. I returned myself and asked if they were done. Several items had the price listed on top and it was a different item on the bottom, happened several times which lead me to my 3 stars.
