This location is the worst place I went to buy my son shirts for school as they claimed to have e inventory i get there after 1hr and they only had 2 shirts so I asked if I can order 2 more of the same size and color. I check my email once I get back home thinking the the girls helping me knew what she was doing since she kept asking questions and yapping away but NO wrong color what a waste of time very unpleasant experience. I can see why this children's place has 2 stars, the customer service is beyond stupid, the females working here are just laughing and talking while your trying to explain things to them. I usually come here because it's close to home. But let me tell you, this location has become ghetto. Right before I walked in today, some lady was walking out with a bunch clothes, stealing. She walked out like nothing and no one seemed to even know what to do. Couple of minutes later, some lady walks in and starts talking back to the supervisor. It seemed like the supervisor or manager didn't know how to handle the situation, what a scene. Surprisingly, it was cleaned for Christmas Eve. Seems they need more training there. Overall, great prices. Great selection. Just wish they were all well trained. read more

Worst customer service! When I asked to speak to the manager she said its was her. She told me her name was Erica. I got to the store at 7:59 to buy a shirt for my sons birthday tomorrow quickly and she refused to let me in and almost pushed me out of the doors way. This Children's place is located in a weird spot, Pacific Blvd. in Huntington Park. I honestly found it a bit odd since all of the surroundings stores sell items of poor quality. I walked in and the store was in complete disarray. It was packed with children running around everywhere, parents didn't have control of their children. I get that it's a children's clothing store but come on. Don't let your children run around like packs of wild cheetah's. The Children's place has some really great deals from time to time and I've never left disappointed but on this occasion I did. They had a great deal on fleece sweat pants and sweat shirts but the amount of sizes they had was very limited. It was a bit of a headache trying to go through all of the disorganized clothes. On top of that the store was stuffy, a lot of the displays were very close together, you didn't have much room to walk and bumping into people was inevitable. The only positive thing I have to say is that the lines moved quick despite the lines being really long and the cashier was friendly. read more

I had the most unpleasant Experience. So not everyone gives gift receipts when gifting. I went to exchange my child's gift for a size that fit and Not Only was I not able to return and exchange Xmas gifts products due to the fact that within the lat 90 days I had apparently exchanged clothing. But I was told I would have I wait 180 days. On top of that I called my spouse so he could exchange as he had never exchanged anything. And to his and my surprise he couldn't either. Children's place has totally disappointed I will let everyone I know know about this and never shop there again. read more

Though I found this Children's Place specifically very busy, the associates were very helpful. I can say the store was messy during this busy weekend but customer service was great! The line moved fast and the associate who charged me was very nice in honoring the coupon I had forgotten. I will definitely shop here, though I will do my shopping on the weekdays! Also, there's public parking in the back lot so it's not necessary to pay for the meter as an an associate informed me. read more

I shop at this location because it's convenient but honestly they have the worst customer service. The cahiers are always just chatting it up. I come here on my lunch beak grab what I need and obviously expect to be checked out fast. I have actually left the store and gone across the street to JC Penny to avoid dealing with the cashiers. The store is in disarray no matter what time of the year it is. I've picked up clothes with globs of dust on them. I was in there today stood I line for 20 minutes ( mind you there was only 3 people in front of me) right before I was about to check out of the cashiers closed her register. Fine whatever I'll wait but to listen to her talk crap about upper management and how the exchange rules are ridiculous and bring up somebody by the name of Amelia or Amalia and how she needs to stop calling this store info...
