Went looking for something cozy to wear for indoor/birthday trip. This is my first time at this location, liked the set up.. fitting rooms were a nice size & clean. Great music selection! 2 ladies @ the store were help. Items are definitely overpriced but they cute so you gotta bite the bullet. I was a little nervous to come shop here due to the past reviews about costumer services and pricing, however, Thursday evening I came in and was warm-fully greeted by two young ladies, one was wearing I believe black pants and another a brown vest. The young lady in the brown vest was helping me pick out a boot I wanted for an outfit. I was being very picky and taking a long time to pick what I wanted and she was very helpful with tips and getting sizes for me making sure I was good. The other young lady rang me up and she was also just very sweet and you can tell it was genuine which I love when I am shopping!! I will be coming back! Love this store so much! It has to be one of the best boutiques in the area. They have a lot of variety and always have the latest and greatest. The only down fall is that they sell out quick. I used to go to this boutique all the time since it's close to me. I found a top that was ripped and I asked for a discount. They could only discount $3 just for it to rip all the way when I decided to use it. Very overpriced and bad quality clothes. I went this weekend again and I asked the merchant lady for a medium in a top I liked, she insisted I get a small because it was very stretchy. I could not even get it on because no it was not stretchy. I accidentally smeared make up on it and she called me out for it. I apologized but she said I wouldn't be able to try on any more clothes. It was more so the way I was called out and handled that was very embarrassing and humiliating for me. Sad to say I cried about this because it was truly humiliating. This place is trash through and through . Some of the clothes are cute but it's swapmeet quality for quadruple the price. Aside from the clothes the customer service is horrendous. Everyone walks around with their nose in the air and a stick up their ass. I bought two dresses at almost 50 dollars each a couple of months ago. I didn't end up wearing either to the event so a couple of days after buying them I went back to return them. They don't do refunds and I couldn't find anything else I liked so I asked for store credit. My friend was with me and decided to take a picture of my receipt with the store credit because she knows I usually throw out receipts. The employee saw her taking a picture of the receipt and told us that in the event that we lose the receipt they can find it in their system using my name and phone number. Because of what she said I threw away the receipt. I went today shopped around a little and found a top and jeans to use my store credit on. After a couple of minutes of standing on the register the cashier finally went to charge me and I told her I wanted to use my store credit and let her know exactly what the previous employee had told me. Right away she started with a stank attitude saying there's no way I can use store credit without a receipt. I understand if that is truly their store policy but they need to make sure every single employee is well aware before they relay this information to a customer which is what I told them. The entire time she spoke to me in a gross condescending way accusing me of lying because according to her every single employee does know the policy. The owner then walked over and asked what was going on and I had to retell her everything only for her to have the same disgusting attitude. The entire time she was smirking and laughing and kept pulling out receipts to show me that it says store credit is not replaceable. I understood everything they were saying but they could have 100% made an exception considering the fact that I was only in that position because of one of their employees. She claimed to not have the capability to look up transactions which I know is a lie because I've worked many years in retail and if your system does not have backlog of transactions and store credit then you must only be using a calculator. They absolutely refused to help me out and treated me like the trash they are. Do not shop here with these rats. They stole $96 from me. read more

I was greeted when I walked in, I was asked if I needed help by 3 different ladies, I had them take a dress in the last size off mannequin so I could try it in & they did, I was placed in the right order for fitting room wait which didn't take too long; the only negative is the clothes are so closely packed together hanging, I noticed some wrinkled dresses & clothes. I've been to fashion trend LA two times. The first time I walked in an older lady helped me pick some shoes. She was super nice and very helpful. The other two girls were super stuck up and didn't bother helping me. The second time I shopped there the two girls seemed bothered by me because I asked to bring clothes down. Merchandise is extremely dirty. Asked for a pair of heels and they were also dirty. I mentioned this to the employees and they acted surprised at their own products being dirty. When she obviously took a heel that was a display and Placed it in the box like new. The heel Was discolored from so many uses. Looking around Noticed smeared bodily fluids on dresses. "You have 30 days with a receipt to exchange only, no refunds" ... hate that... it's ghetto. can't shop at stores like this because 1. Im a mom, sounds crazy but I don't really ever get the chance to go return within 30 days, 2. It's just wack because what if I just want my money back and don't want anything else. Long story short I was looking a quick fashion store now that closet g is closed I found this one through Yelp and boy let me tell u.. customer service is horrible their are about 4 girls working and all had a "i'm too cool for you type of look" and by I was the only one in there which made more awakard .. Came to the exchange some shorts that didn't fit but they wouldn't do it because I can 2 days after the 30 day window. Went in for a quick trip and before checking out, I asked one of the girls if I could return since I wouldn't have time to try on. They said yes of course, that I have 30 days and would need the receipt. Sadly nothing I picked workout for me, went to do the return and was told I could only get store credit. After I asked and my husband asked if I could get a refund. Unfortunately got stuck with store credit, don't really like stores like these because they tend to be more focused on hitting their money goals for the day than costumer service. I had the absolute worst experience here the two times I've visited. Aside from no one greeting me, there's one specific employee I've encountered both times that has an attitude whenever asked for help. Today, I asked her if she could assist me with getting a shirt down from the top rack and she rolled her eyes, got the shirt and handed it to me and walked away. I wanted to keep looking around because the clothes is so cute but after that I just wanted to leave. I thought the first time I went , that maybe she was just having a bad day but this second time around confirmed that her customer service skills are just terrible. Such good customer service, not gonna lie I was a little hesitant coming here due to the bad reviews about the staff but the manager Katie was super sweet and helpful! My friend and I drove from Orange County and showed up literally 10 minutes before closing, Katie was nice enough to let us stay an extra 20 minutes after closing due to our long drive! On October 28th I took my granddaughter shopping at your Downey Landing, Downey store. It took us a while. I don't think we were through checking out until 4:55p in the afternoon, almost closing time. We had a lot to buy and could not have asked for a better experience. The two young ladies were so nice to us. They were courteous, friendly and professional. We'll be back. The clerk was assisting another customer and seemed much friendlier with her, chatting with her and willing to go the extra mile... much unlike the service she gave me.
