My only suggestion is (if possible) to add more light or a brighter light over the 6-9 month baby boy aisle. Come to find out after she opened them that she had others she'd rather get and no one else in our house really cares for them so I went to return them but I double-checked their website to make sure they accept returns since it was a local store and I didn't want to waste a trip. The website says they do so I drove another 45 minutes to take them back. Get in the store...and they definitely accept returns... for store credit or exchange "only". So no cash returns. The cashier motioned to some out of the way picture on the side wall that states you can only return for store credit. Some advice to offer: It would be a better idea to put it where customers can actually see it like most stores with alternate return policies do (like on the checkout counter or mentioning it during checkout/making the policy clear that there are no cash returns) so they can make the decision for themselves if they'd still like to shop. Had I known I at least would have double-checked with my sister beforehand or wouldn't have shopped there at all. I don't have any family that young and I don't collect Jellycats so I have no use for the stuffed animals or the store credit. I just wasted $70 and gas...on a situation that could have been avoided with better transparancy. If I wanted to donate $70 I'd have given it to a cause that actually needed it this season. Do better.

She then call Customer Service to receive the prices and processed my return. I was given a gift card. I went online to make my purchase and I am unable to use AS gift cards online. I called Customer care and the representative Helen explained that AS gift cards can't be used online. I then explained my conversation with the store representative and was told that the warehouse and stores are not aware that gift cards can't be used online.. REALLY NOW who hands the gift cards to customers I think it would be a store representative. It is 2014 why can't we use a store gift card on a store site? I also can't access my online account. I contacted customer care before speaking with Helen only to be told they did not have a reason for the technical difficulty. However they could reset the password. The only downside is that I would not have access to the account; but the representative could make the purchase for me and the company was under new management this may be attributing to some of my difficulties. What a joke! Why would I give any random voice access to an account that has credit card and personal information attached to it. I am now stuck with a Gift card I can't use and accounts I can't access. You have lost a customer for life and I am morning the loss of fabulous clothing. I give four stars for clothing and zero stars for customer service and poor internal communication. Really AS fix the technical issues and communications. It is time to accept gift cards online. BTW AS your gift card doesn't say I can not use online.
