So accommodating when dealing with a baby and toddler who seems to always need a diaper change after 15 min in the store. My only suggestion is (if possible) to add more light or a brighter light over the 6-9 month baby boy aisle. It's so dark just in that part of the store, I don't know if the thing overhead is a vent or just a fluorescent that's out? But that's the ONLY complaint. Came in after walking around the Farmers Market they hold Saturday mornings and so glad I did. Met Hailey and Christy and they were so helpful. Will definitely come back soon! Got scolded as a customer for following the directions provided in email for in store pickup…read more We got a mattress topper that was put in bulk orders which is in the back, was told to go to customer service per email, we waited for help at customer service until a cashier was available. When approached by cashier he was in a friendly manner and was providing help. Once the manager, Debbie, came to the desk the whole mood changed. She was not only rude and abrasive towards her employees but to us and other customers as well. We had followed the provided instructions given by the email and she berated for not going through checkout rather than going through customer service as we were directed to do. Absolutely ridiculous behavior to tell the customers that they were wrong for following the provided instruction and do it in such a flippant manner.

The only time Ive had a clothing item from here not work out for me is because of my own user error. (I accidentally ran my sweater in the dryer when I wasn't paying attention lol.)
