I walk in today on Memorial Day pick up my cash and when I walked to over pick grab my bin I was told they donated my bin. I was totally ok donating the clothes but my bin that I'm required to bring my things in is not ok. I was then told by the rude manager that I should have picked up yesterday I told her no one answered and your website said your closed. She said there was nothing she could do and there was no corporate number. So I've found the corporate address, email and phone number lol fare in UT so I will be reaching out tomorrow as well as leaving this review on google. This is not ok

Got scolded as a customer for following the directions provided in email for in store pickup…read more We got a mattress topper that was put in bulk orders which is in the back, was told to go to customer service per email, we waited for help at customer service until a cashier was available. When approached by cashier he was in a friendly manner and was providing help. Once the manager, Debbie, came to the desk the whole mood changed. She was not only rude and abrasive towards her employees but to us and other customers as well. We had followed the provided instructions given by the email and she berated for not going through checkout rather than going through customer service as we were directed to do. Absolutely ridiculous behavior to tell the customers that they were wrong for following the provided instruction and do it in such a flippant manner.

The quality of their clothes are very nice, and the people here are so sweet! It's visually beautiful too, all the clothes are sorted by color! They also have jewelry, bath and body, and other little things throughout the shop! The prices are a little higher but you're getting exactly what you pay for. The only time Ive had a clothing item from here not work out for me is because of my own user error. (I accidentally ran my sweater in the dryer when I wasn't paying attention lol.)
