DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!! Over the last week I have been arguing with The Children's Place attempting to get my order processed. 4 orders in one week were cancelled due to "invalid shipping address" and "not matching the billing address". I called their customer service department and we conferenced in my bank who verified all my information was correct. I was told 48 hrs it would be resolved. It was not. Called them again today and they kept saying it wasn't their department and refused to fix the situation even telling me that it would be over another week to even hear back from their department, and it wouldn't even fix these situation. It would just be confirming AGAIN with my bank. So we called last minute asking the young lady who answered the phone about space themed shirts for a church event out little was attending this evening . She said she had some.. We mentioned we would stop in some time today . Unbeknownst. When we did come in she had a bag full of all the space shirts she had in the store ready to Look at . Crystal the store manager definitely went above and beyond anything we would've expected, and we were highly surprised of her kindness, warm, welcoming, and her taking the time to find every shirt that had to do with space instead of aside for us to look at when we got to the store thank you Crystal so much. Deborah in Tallahassee, FL is an ex optional worker! She was very helpful with showing me where the location of the items were that I was looking for and went above and beyond to see if I needed assistance with anything else additionally. She provided customer service that made me happy to part ways with my hard earned money and with items that were at such a great price, and didn't pressure me to make any purchases if I chose not to. I went to children's place within a hour of closing in search of shirts for my boys. Online was showing they had them even though we couldn't find them. Deborah Hough at the Governor Square Mall location went above and beyond with her exquisite customer service by looking high and low throughout the store and stock room until she finally found the shirt!!!
