I went into the store to pick up my items on the pickup date and they were not ready for pickup as they were still on racks. Not a problem. However when I checked on the situation of whether the items were ready for pickup (off racks) I was told they were no longer in the store and had been sold. They would not pay me my share of the sale because it was past the pickup date. Remember I was told by a store employer that they were removing them from racks and holding for me to pick up when I came back. Terrible customer service and business practice. Don't fall into their traps and their unethical business practices. Dont trust what any store employee tells you.

The reason we made no purchases is because of the prices. $50 for a light summer top or $100 for a simple cotton dress. Although the items were cute, the quality didn't justify the prices. One of the tops we looked at was actually unraveling a bit at the seam. I'm quite good at repairing clothing and don't mind less than perfect quality but when I'm paying top dollar I expect top quality.
