This is the worst mall in Ct. It is unsafe. It is dirty. The only good part about the mall is the movie theater.

It's a mall. One big mall. 2 long straight floors with big box chains at both ends. Just like all the other malls i have been to.

This open-air shopping mall opened in 2004. The land used to be a farm with a barn that was built…read morein the 1700s; then eventually it became a golf course later on. There are approximately 45 stores and restaurants; there were plenty of parking and even a playground. I find myself here quite often so I figured I'd give it an update. It's a beautifully maintained shopping plaza that reminds me of Garden City in Cranston, RI. On a beautiful day, it's a great place to walk around. They also hosts special events throughout the year. I enjoy dining at Mercato, 110 Grill, Flatbread Pizza, Panera Bread, and Jefferson Fry Company. My kids love Barnes and Noble and Walter's Boundless Playground. If you need to do your grocery shopping, there is a Shop Rite. There are plenty of shopping that can be done at Kohl's, Old Navy, Dick's Sporting Goods and more. There is a new candy shop called The Nutmeg Sweet Shoppe. If you want to attend a cooking class, book a spot at Sur La Table. There are a variety of businesses and many more businesses are being added. It's located on Route 44 and going in and out of the place can be chaotic sometimes, but there are traffic lights. Overall, it's a great place to shop and dine.

This is a great plaza, despite the traffic leading up to it. Unfortunately this area is building…read moreup, adding more and more lights, more and more lanes, and sometimes getting in and out requires patience. Once you pull in, there's an immediate four way stop sign intersection that can require the most patience of all, because taking turns is an unknown concept to some people. But once you're in, there's a good distribution of restaurants to stores. Shop Rite, Panera Bread, Barnes and Noble, Ben & Jerry's, Kohls, Chipotle, the Paper Store.... A lot of these places have been around for years. When a shop does go out, a new one comes in pretty quickly. There is a lot of parking available, although some is further than others. Kohl's has a large lot to itself entering on the second floor. The holidays can get chaotic in all parking areas, so if you must join the fray be kind.

I know this mall gets mixed reviews, but honestly I like it. It has stores I actually shop at, like…read moreZara (and I really wish I had one closer), a huge 3-level H&M, plus Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's. There's also Sephora and a good mix of other spots, so it checks the boxes for me. I get what some of the other reviews are saying it's not really a mall I'm going to every weekend but when I need to restock a perfume or shop for specific brands, this is where I'm going. Overall, it's clean, modern, and works for what I need. Definitely more of an intentional shopping trip than a casual hangout spot.

Eh, it's just a mall. Honestly it reminds me a lot of the Westchester mall in White Plains just…read moresmaller. As a few other reviewers have stated this is clearly a mall for those who are a bit more affluent or who are just looking for something quickly from one specific store I don't see this being a spot where people hang on the regular. I stopped in to visit a couple of different stores and thankfully the mall was pretty slow. I was shocked that there was no public Wi-Fi available, but it was quiet enough for me to take a couple of calls and be out of the way. There were definitely a lot of children in the mall for a mid day weekday and they were very loud so it would be great if there could be some sort of security to remind people that they're in a public space. I definitely don't see myself returning, especially since I don't live in the area.

Although they're trying, this mall is on life support…read more It's literally been decades since I've been here and it's sad to see the decline of what it once was. While cosmetically the mall still looks good, you could tell by some of the emptiness, closed stores during busy business hours, and lack of crowds (this was a Saturday I went). With two floors, there are still a few anchor stores that I'm sure do help keep things open and there is a decent variety of shopping options. You have your basic mall fixtures such as Hot Topic and Spencer's and you have Macy's, Dicks, and several clothing options. There are also two gyms. The mall is a little smaller than some area malls, but as mentioned, it cosmetically looks good. They're trying - and I do hope they succeed - in resuscitating this mall to at least closer to how it used to be. Several stores were closed (gates down, but stores looked ready for business) and I'm unsure why. There was a sizable Spirit Halloween open, but that will be closed right after the holiday. The food court lacked options, though there are other eateries spread throughout the mall. Parking is plentiful, so unless it's the holidays, you should have no issues finding a spot. I'm sentimental regarding this mall and hope for the best. A typical mall goer might be fine, but there are those who'd probably be disappointed coming here. It's a good mall for the immediate area, but with a little drive there are other options.
