As for prices, I think they are great! They even offer coupons and other incentives because they understand the "mom budget!" I went for my first time 2 weeks ago to get some clothes for my son who is two, he wears a size 3T or 4T depending on the brand. I don't know if they just had a huge sale before I went or what but the rack was fairly empty. That went for all toddler boy sizes. I didn't find much (6 pants and a toy) and usually I leave with 2 huge bags -- from other locations. Upon entering the store it seemed clean and organized till you reach the back toy section and side wall with all the infant products; just a unorganized mess of stuff! I couldn't believe the price they're asking for half of the items they have in their store -- definitely one of the pricier locations I've been to. Most items weren't even half off the original price from major retailers so just pay attention to what you're buying used, especially when you can get it from the retailer themself on sale, brand new for cheaper. I don't think I'll shop there again, however I will sell them my used stuff if they're racking their prices for their products must mean they're buying items for more (probably not, but we'll see)

Her past experiences of visiting H&M have only been in shopping malls, so she was quite excited to visit this free standing H&M with 2 floors. Now that my kid is a tween she felt that the kids department styles were too baby and wanted to browse the ladies department. My sister was looking at a rack full of clothes, and I guess it was a rack she wasn't supposed to look at. The employee held her hands up in disgust, and my sister apologized. The employee ignored her and then slammed the clothes back to one side of the rack. I don't recommend anyone shopping at this location until the employee goes through customer satisfaction training, or finds a new job. The other lady was nice, thank you.
