There are many signs and notes in the menu sharing about the ethical and natural souring of the ingredients. I wanted to eat and drink local. I had a Northern Irish dry cider. It was crisp, refreshing, and not too sweet. For my dish, I ordered the mussels. It came with a piece of bread on a bed of creamy, flavorful broth. As I was the only customer the woman behind the counter chatted away and she recommended for larger orders that I ring ahead as it can get busy in the evening.
