During our appointment time, he looked out the windows, talked to someone out the window, and laughted as he reviewed the medical record of my regular chiropractor. I'm a larger than average person, and am happy that Dr. Jake is strong enough to be able to adjust me, while without being too forceful (I've had a number of chiros adjust me too hard and to the point where I was injured). My girlfriend and her family (including several children) also go to Dr. Jake, and have found his treatment very effective. I also appreciate that he actually listens when I come in instead of giving me a cookie cutter treatment that I may or may not still need. I have been to about 1/2 a dozen chiropractors in the last 12 years. Dr Jake is certainly as good at his craft as any I have been to. His initial exam was more thorough. He is strong enough that he can manipulate any sized person fairly easily. He also does work on a bunch of fairly serious athletes and it shows in how he manipulates you. I left the first session feeling great. Not only was the service top notch, the *exceptionally* low BS factor at the office makes the visit painless and efficient.
