I went to a crab feed last year and won a trip to see Dr. Casey Tucker and a massage. It was for a worthy cause - the Finley Senior Center so I didn't mind giving money to it - but then to get a treatment for giving - well, that's a nice dealio. I went in a got the massage which was decent. She's been doing it for a long time - I'm thinking 20 yrs and it was a good massage. Then I scheduled an appt w/ Dr. Tucker and he is the nicest man. Smart and appropriately funny - just a very good guy. He went to the same school as one of my favorite Chiropractor's - Dr. Sam Rhame - in San Francisco. And they both use a similar method where he does not have you twisted over the table jumping up and down trying to hear a loud sound. It's an easy method that really worked for me. I'm a 'big' guy, so when a Chiro doesn't push my one leg over the other and gets my body to make these crazy noises - I'm shocked, why - because that's what I expect, it's like when someone cracks their knuckles and everyone in the room hears it. Not so w/ Casey Tucker - but it definitely works. If you are not getting satisfaction - try him out. I was probably the biggest skeptic to ever walk into this office...and I am dumbfounded with how much I support this practice! I have had debilitating pain for years. Casey Tucker uses the activator method of chiropractic adjustment, which is so gentle! My adjustments hold much better than when I've seen chiropractors who do manual adjustments. I've been getting regular chiropractic care for over 20 years, and I've been seeing Dr. Tucker for almost a year now. He is able to adjust my hands, feet, knees and elbows along with my hips and spine with the activator. He's funny too, and I appreciate his kind demeanor.
