After a few price checks, I settled on Escape, and wasn't disappointed. Though waxing still isn't a pleasant experience, the salon owner, who has now waxed my legs twice, is very friendly, fast, and thorough. The salon, though small, has a vast range of treatments available, and is always clean, tidy, and nicely presented. Would definitely recommend.

We were seen very quickly and the nursing staff were very claming and lovely with my daughter - really cheering her up. We were referred up to Children's ward within an hour and the fantastic service continued. We saw everybody we needed to from the consultant (allergy specialist) to the dietician. We even got to see the dermatologist after waiting for months for our referal to come through. I really can't praise the staff enough. They were calm, professional and friendly. I hope I never have to see them again though!

The practise has a good range of services, including a health visitor and district nurse. The surgery has good opening hours, from 8.30am and late opening hours to 6pm. The phone lines can get very busy at peak times so unless you desperatly need to speak to someone avoid the 8.30am- 9am time period. There is on street parking by the surgery as the small car park tends to get packed out.

Waiting times aren't a real problem not too long! The coffee shop is reasonably priced and run by polite+considerate volunteers, which you don't see everyday!

My 88 year old mum in law was admitted to the acute medical unit and was transferred to ward 14 the…read morenight before her discharge. My husband and I couldn't fault the care she received. The staff in both areas were really caring and attentive even though it was clear to see how busy they were. We were kept informed every step of the way and no question was treated as a silly question. Lovely staff.

At first I was rather dismayed as we saw a different dentist for each of our first three visits, which meant that there was no continuity of care. However, since then we have always seen the same gentleman who is very nice & always very reasonable in his approach i.e. he hasn't tried to persuade me to have expensive & unnecessary treatment. The only real complaint I now have about the practice is that it shares its waiting room with the doctors surgery at the same practice, which means sharing a room with germ laden sick people.

WARNING, DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC…read more I am absolutely disgusted with how The Cedar House Clinic have "dealt" with my complaint following a treatment that didn't go as expected. For months I tried to reach out to them and after many failed attempts I finally had a meeting with the general manager and Mr Good who promised to help rectify the problem. During the meeting they made me feel like a huge inconvenience and pretended to not understand why I was so upset. This was over 6 months ago and I still haven't heard an update and they are now ignoring my emails and phone calls. I am so shocked that a business can be so unprofessional and sloppy in how they treat their clients. I please urge you all to rethink before going to this clinic because they don't care about your wellbeing. Please do your research and chose somewhere more professional, trustworthy and who actually take pride in their work. Your face, body and soul will thank you.

When I had my consultation all the relevant treatment options were explained to me in full detail and I never felt pressurised to making any decisions there and then. The new building however is huge and now boasts so many more different services to the community. Inside there is the main recpetion where you check into appointments, and a huge waiting area. They is rooms for doctors nurses, triage nurses, childrens rooms where they do injections and a big play area for children. There is a specific desk for prescriptions to. Upstairs is for the dentist, and midwife/health visitors. The whole place is really clean and spacious, and there is so much more room to cater for draytons ever growing population, right outside is a chemist which makes it easier for people to collect prescriptions as soon as they have been to the doctors. The service is always friendly and the staff do there best to help you.
