Went to see the fabulously-named Dr Fintan Arthur Romney Last over the Christmas break after spending 5 days in bed with what I had self-diagnosed as "death fever". Despite not being registered anymore, I waltzed in (not literally, I was really sick), and saw Dr Last within five minutes, without even making an appointment.
