Beautiful farm, we didn't know what to get, we were wondering around until we saw a nice boy working there, like a 12 or 14 years old, we asked him if he knew a tree that smell nice all the time and he told us the name of the tree and direct us to the right direction and even better we got to cut it ourselves, for us this is new and excited since we had our little boy with us, he had a blast with daddy cutting down the tree, price was fair, we paid fir a 6 to 7 inches tall $60.00 plus $28.00 for the base. Great experience, lovely place and fair prices, everything local, what else can you ask for?

Trees purchased at the same time from another nursery are thriving. The grower refuses to stand by his product and has offered smaller trees with fees for digging them up. Please do not be fooled that this is a reputable nursery. They are probably fine for purchasing a cut Christmas tree but I definitely would not recommend them for any landscaping projects.

The prices are very fair and Mr. H. and co. are always, always friendly. If you go early in the season proper you can get cider and cookies in the red barn at the farm. You can also rent the cabin on the property. You can't miss it. It is rustic and charming. I mean the cabin, but the whole farm has an aura of warmth and secret places among the trees. Make sure you call first, as the trees go fast. The farm is easy to find- the road will curve twice, you go slightly uphill, and bam. You're there, ready to later beg for yet more Target ornaments and to begin a new memory of cheer and goodwill.

It's a small family farm and they are always super nice. The strawberry fields are well maintained. It's not as large as some other places we've been, but we like that. There were a few muddy spots which was advertised and we had rain recently, but the paths were easy to walk. It was a busy day so they told us we would have to look under leaves to find the ripe berries. We still ended up with 2 lbs of berries and my daughter enjoyed. They tasted delicious, too. It was $4 per pound when we visited and they had jams and other products available. My daughter's favorite part is visiting the animals. They have some chickens and goats that are easy to get to. Sometimes they have corn out you can feed them with or you can bring some food to feed them. There's also a sink to wash hands after. Be careful with your strawberries or take them to the car first. I was taking a photo and a goat started to grab my bucket of strawberries. Lol. We haven't been to their fall event but love the smaller feel for strawberries. They post updates and info on their social media channels.

Parking is ample and they provide instructions upon arrival along with a map of where the different types of trees are located. I'm currently enjoying the Frasier fir we got from them, but I am already excited for next year's tree from Hollow Creek! Highly recommend a trip to Gilbert, SC for a high quality tree.
