While the supporting staff were nice, musicians good and the Hawaiian dance was cute, the preacher is clearly suffering from early onset dementia and spoke about politics - clearly as a far right Republican. Multiple times he repeated the same sentence 2-3 times each, even asking if he'd already said it. He rambled in a stream of consciousness babbling that was difficult to follow. To top it off, he repeatedly talked about Charlie Kirk, a subject which has no business being spoken of from the pulpit. I should have stood up and walked out. It did not escape my notice that there were no native Hawaiians there, just a bunch of wealthy white people, most likely tourists. read more
