The following day, their technician ran the machine without fixing the problem, causing a second flood that also damaged the apartment below. The owner refused to speak with me. After I sent photographic proof that a drain pan was present, the company stopped responding and refused to provide its insurance certificate. Two floods, extensive damage, and no accountability.
