This contractor came in with a blank contract template, asking me to sign it. There had been no details of the kind of work that was to be done, and when I mentioned the lack of information, he said I could fill it out myself. He kept insisting to sign the contract and give him an immediate deposit. I obviously declined signing a blank contract, and he started to try and intimidate me which I found so ridiculous. I just told him we will find someone else. Very unprofessional, and people should know.

If you pay for a low-mid range kitchen set, expect that and nothing crazy. Their policies are amazing for a small company and they try their best to work with the customer. For a company staffed by a handful of pros they sure get a lot of things done well. In addition they are some of the most human professionals one can work with and are always willing to not only do what they can, but also make recommendations where they see fit.

We are extremely happy with the results and the professionalism of the job. They were on time and ready to work each morning. Doug (project manager) kept in contact with us, was quickly responsive to questions and visited the project regularly to be sure everything was going smoothly. Juan (the foreman) exhibited creativity and experience in dealing with the different issues to deliver a top notch result. They rounded off the edges of the drink rail - a finishing touch we hadn't thought of, but that went a long way with Dave.
