They gave me a clear estimate of before starting the job, which I agreed to. However, after the work was done, I was shocked to be charged double than the agreed upon original estimate. The technician offered no explanation and no reasoning. This is completely unprofessional and unethical. Pricing should be based on the job, not who I am or where I live. I contacted Wooten for a repair of my Kitchenaid icemaker (less than 10 years old). The tech who came out said that it couldn't be repaired and that I would have to replace the entire freezer door (close to $1500 for the door, plus installation). I opted to get a second opinion from Danva Appliance, who fixed the icemaker for $200. Wooten charged $250 just to tell me it couldn't be repaired! I would never use them again. I'd be out a lot of money if I'd followed their advice. Very frustrating. read more

Pretty frustrating experience with Wooten. First, the technician came to our house and said the problem with our washing machine was insignificant and it was a matter of removing debris build up. Fast forward two weeks we had a new wet spot on our ceiling indicating the problem was not resolved (we never ran a cycle and continued to use our other washer/dryer in the basement). I called to complain, and they stated that the W/D could not be repaired. So why would you put a very expensive part in a W/D that could not be repaired? Two and a half months ago my 5 year old Kitchenaid dishwasher began to leak. I called a nearby appliance repair shop. The repairman diagnosed the problem as a wearing out of a simple part of the motor assesmbly that, given the product design, required a replacement of the whole assembly. The price quoted for the part and labor clearly supported a decision to replace rather than repair the 5 year old dishwasher. But upon shopping for a similar model, I was not satisfied with the currently available options, as none closely matched my other appliances. I recalled the very enthusiastic reviews I had seen of Wooten Appliance in Beltsville (kind of far from me), and thought I'd invest in a second opinion. What a good call that was! Daryl is a pro and a gentleman--extraordinarily skilled, and a person of integrity. He did his own examination and diagnosis, but to save time and service calls he prospectively ordered the part I had been told I needed, with the understanding that I wouldn't be responsible for purchasing it if he did not concur with the prior diagnosis. He did a fantastic job in repairing my machine with a brand new assembly, and additionally cleaned the gasket that had become caked with soap. He taught me what I had been doing wrong for 5 years that had accelerated the soap buildup--and how to clean it. He worked neatly and without making a mess. And he was competitive in his pricing. His receptionist / office manager, Rosemary, was key in this very fortunate save. When I called to request a second opinion she generously and capably facilitated this successful resolution, patiently and precisely conveying Daryl's questions, my answers, Daryl's quote, and my concurrence in multiple phone communications. She is a terrific facilitator. So glad I called Wooten and kept my beautiful and now rejuvenated dishwasher! I recommend Wooten Appliance with five stars, plus. read more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Wooten Appliance -- and Daryl Wooten himself -- are The. Best. Ever. It's very difficult these days, it seems, to find a company that will (a) respond to your queries in a timely fashion (b) actually come when they say they're going to come (c) give you an honest evaluation of your problem and how best to fix it and (d) also give you an honest opinion when something isn't worth fixing and throwing good money after bad. Wooten Appliance ticks all these boxes and more. I was fortunate enough years ago to decide to take a chance on contacting Wooten to repair my Bosch appliances solely based on their website after having had numerous negative experiences with other repair and service companies. Well, I wish I could give 0 stars. After waiting for a number of days because they're heavily booked, The tech came out last week and found a leak in a hose in my Samsung front loading 5.5 year old machine (takeaway - don't buy front loaders :( ) He told me it was a common part (query - why didn't he have it on the truck?) And that they should be able to fix that week. They sent me an email with the price for hose & labor & credited the $99 I already paid them. I approved it last week. Since then, I call, call, text, no answer or response. Phone rings, the receptionist is never there. The tech didn't even put the parts together. Just discovered the hose that they priced at over $120 is $16 @ parts warehouse! The repair of a small leak in my washing machine is going to cost me @ $235! Bare minimum warranty. That's if they even call me back. He could have taped the damn thing and put the top back on the machine, which he really should have done!! Really disappointed in Laurel. Lesson learned - buy Fridgedaire or Whirlpool per another tech I called & don't use Wooten. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about Daryl and Wooten Appliance. I had an oven short out on me earlier this summer during a power outage, and the company that Whirlpool originally hooked me up with to attempt a repair was disappointing to say the least. Enter Wooten Appliance. I found them originally on Angie's List when I realized that I'd need to hire someone to install the new unit and what a lucky find that was. Daryl has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The oven I purchased didn't fit the spot as it should (dumb) and he even worked with me to find a solution so we could make it work anyway! Requiring a lot more work and an additional visit, but 100% worth the extra effort to make it right. Not only was his expertise appreciated but I also enjoyed his conversation and company. It's really nice to have found someone who wasn't just in a rush to get in and out and treat you like a dollar sign. Daryl truly cares about his customers and makes sure you're taken care of. I will use Wooten for any appliance related needs in the future. They've got a customer for life. read more

Meh. I appreciated the ease of using Yelp to schedule someone to come out for a refrigerator repair. Communication was good, but that wasn't good enough. Technician was nice, but not good enough. The problem with my refrigerator was incorrectly diagnosed and not repaired (collecting water in bottom of refrigerator, just needed to defrost the refrigerator). I contacted Wooten via email after following the directions from the technician and still having the problem. I was told to defrost it again, longer. After a bit of Googling I was pretty confident there was another issue. Samsung came out, properly diagnosed the issue, had the necessary tools (a steamer tool to melt ice/frozen area of refrigerator, which Wooten tech did not have) replaced a part, and solved the problem. I hoped for more from Wooten since I prefer to use local businesses, but my issue was basically not taken seriously by them. As a result I wasted time, effort, and money. read more

UPDATE: Wooten Appliance is the embodiment of incompetence. One merely has to look at the response from Wooten Appliance to my original review to see what type of company you will deal with if you choose them. Two months after my review they responded. They affirm all that I put into my review as it relates to their repair and customer service incompetence. They did not even mention their ultimate offer to refund every single dollar I paid for the "repair" that they could not figure out, if and only if I gave them my Samsung dryer. They wrote that the dryer brand is the issue because it is from overseas and parts difficult to get, it was a Samsung. So, by their own words written below, if you have a Samsung appliance really reconsider using this company. The issue was not just parts it was that the repair person did not give me all the options which might have solved the issue in a timely manner so that I could decide if it was too expensive or the wait for parts too time consuming. I called to complain about the poor level of repair services, poor communication, and lack of responsiveness. I sent several electronic messages as well. That they characterized these as a customer being difficult and obnoxious is unfortunate and says more about their customer service values than about the customer complaining about their poor services. No one speaks to a customer for thirty minutes at a time if that customer is rude or unreasonable. My complaints were valid. I was complaining because your company did not properly diagnose and repair my dryer in a timely manner even though I paid, in full and immediately, for every invoice. I had to go to laundromats to dry clothes for the entire period while they could not figure out the repair that I paid for. They should list for Yelp the amount I paid them for repairs they admit did not work. They should list the amount of the refund. Since I was so difficult to work with why accept my money. They have thousands of satisfied customers, so why accept money from obnoxious me? Why continue to practice the "repair?" Why send the owner out to look at the repair and still not be able to fix it after all the parts were in? They think I was difficult because I held them to a reasonable standard, namely that the repair I paid for actually work. They refunded my money because they could not figure out how to properly repair the dryer. If I had not complained my issue with them may not have been addressed. Instead of expending precious energy responding to a Yelp review perhaps the company should spend that time training their repair people on actual efficient and effective repairs that work. If Samsung machines are difficult to repair or get parts for perhaps carve out a niche specializing on that brand; might even be lucrative to them, or stop working on them entirely. Since they think Samsungs are so difficult to repair why not review Samsung dryers for their thousands of customers. Instead they want to attack the little guy because he wrote an accurate review that hurt their sensitive feelings. Spend more energy training customer service staff on how to provide actual good customer service. Facts: the repairs they completed did not work; once they ordered parts the repair still did not work; they stated it was difficult getting parts yet I found OME parts for lower prices and rushed delivery; the offer from Wooten was to refund in full the money I already PAID them for "repairs" they admit below did not work, but only if I gave them my dryer (I assume so they could repair and sell or use for parts to charge future customers). Because I objected to their poor repair services and lack of clear communication as to the repair and timeliness they want to label me as somehow unreasonable. You can read my other reviews and see that I am fair and balanced when offering my opinion (the vast majority of my reviews award 4-5 stars). Again Wooten Appliance has shown that they do not value quality service or customers who has the temerity to not accept their failures and utter incompetence. Good luck to customers who decide to pay them to "misdiagnose" and not "repair" their broken appliances. Let's now see if their response to this update will drip with the same level of pettiness, condescension, and lack of business self-awareness that this current response shows. They could have easily taken a positive approach but the response below is indicative of how you will be treated if you have an issue with them. As in all things, see for yourself. I sent an email with the issue that the dryer stopped working, the model and type number for the initial tech review. The tech (who was nice) came and within three minutes stated 'Your heating unit is broke and I don't have that in the truck' then asked for the $109 payment (which wold be applied once they ordered the part. The quote listed the item as a $210 part with another $190 installation fee. Ended up lookin on amazon and the part was $43. So overall lost $109 for the tech to come tell me exactly the same thing I already knew and put in the initial request. read more

I can only imagine how difficult it must be to run a small business during a pandemic. Managing an office with staff getting sick or staying home to be with kids who cannot go to school, would be a logistical nightmare. On top of that it must also be difficult to find and retain qualified techs who know the inner workings of a variety of appliances and brands who can get parts in an environment with supply chain issues and employees quitting their jobs. Many of us would run away if faced with such a challenge. I'm grateful Daryl and Wooten Appliance did not do that during the pandemic. Picture being without a fridge in June 2020 while we were asked to stay home and stay apart. When ours broke then, Daryl came over and gave us an honest assessment - telling us he could fix it, but the fix would likely not hold and we would be spending good money after bad. He kindly lent us a small fridge while we waited months for a new one. I never realized how many meals rely on refrigerated items until we didn't have one. His generosity got us through. When our stove broke in 2021, he installed the new one we purchased. And most recently, he fixed our clothes dryer, but saved us the price of fixing our washing machine, saying again it would not be worth the cost to repair. Each time, Wooten showed up on time and called if the job ahead of ours took more time than expected. They gave us a realistic assessment of our appliance status even when it may not have been in their best interest to do so. Yes there were some times when the logistics of getting through to the office was not as smooth as it could be. But these are extraordinary times that require us all to exercise patience. I'd much rather support a small local business that is honest and knowledgeable about appliances than give my money to a faceless corporation who may have the logistics down of slick websites and call centers answering phones, who may not be able to back that up with quality, personal service. We are grateful to Wooten for the excellent service they provided to us on a variety of appliances through a challenging pandemic. We will definitely call them again when needed, even if it takes two phone calls. read more

We were scheduled for the Monday it snowed and Daryl still got here inside the appointment window. He diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher quickly and was able to fix it in less than an hour. I can be a reasonable guy and reschedule but don't keep me hostage in my own home with a three hour window and not respect my time! So frustrated my afternoon was wasted on a day I took off work. Let me start by saying I had never had a reason to call an appliance repair company before. I had to start from square one. My first thought was to look on Yelp and see what's up. Well really only two services covered my area in Maryland. I chose Wooten because the reviews, although few, were very positive and complimentary. I still did not know what to expect once the technician arrived. I am skeptical by nature (or experience). I had visions of a huge hassle and forking out a big sum for questionable repairs. Well,was I pleasantly surprised. The tech named Neil was ontime as promised. He repaired my stovetop in a short time while explaining to me what he was doing,and how he would not require any parts! I was elated. My stove was back to 100% and I paid only the minimum fee of $139. You can choose whether to pay a diagnostic fee of $99 plus labor and parts or a flat fee of $139 which includes labor and diagnostic. I will definitely call Wooten the next time I have a need,and I will comfortably recommend them to my friends and family. Great job Wooten! read more

Revised review. I had placed a call to the management to inform them about my experience, and received a call back within the day from the owner. He was concerned about the service call and wanted to make things right, and offered to come out to perform the service himself. While I had already contacted another company and declined his offer, I appreciate the sentiment and have upped the review to 3-star based upon the goodwill gesture. Still not recommending, but it appears this incident may have been a specific technician issue and not a corporate one. ==================== Had an entirely unprofessional encounter with the representative from Wooten Appliance. I had gone through online scheduling, during which time I received an appointment window that was very reasonable, and the technician came within that window as anticipated. The issue was that the refrigerator portion of my refrigerator/freezer was not correctly cooling to temperature. When the technician arrived, they checked the front panel and I had the unit set in Celsius, indicating it was at 1C. He felt compelled to switch to Fahrenheit, which is fine, and in doing so changed the setting of the fridge to the highest setting from the lowest. No harm done. When he visually inspected the unit, he put his hand into the fridge and indicated that the unit was cooling. I tried to inform him that he had re-adjusted the temp, and that the new setting was 10 degrees warmer, but regardless of setting the unit was not cooling to specification, and that the temps inside were unsafe. To demonstrate the point, I used a digital Thermapen and put it into butter in the unit to illustrate that it was at nearly 60 degrees (F) -- unsafe, and well out of range for safe food storage. At this point the technician started arguing with me, explaining how the temperature buttons worked, and then exited. He said that we wasn't going to fight with the homeowner and just left in the middle of the service call. We never even got the point in the problem summary for me to tell him that our circulating fan has not been operational for several weeks, and that the unit no longer "kicks on" as it had prior to a few weeks ago. The only redeeming fact is that I was not charged for the visit, as he exited before any financial transaction occurred -- long before even a diagnosis of the problem. For a technician to fail to hear from the owner about what was wrong, or even use any instrumentation to verify whether the unit was cooling to temperature or not is clearly unprofessional. I had high hopes for Wooten Appliance given the prompt responses in scheduling and the timely arrival. It is unfortunate that experience didn't carry through to the actual work. read more

When a washing machine goes up, it feels like the end of the world. My washer started acting up and of course, like I do in most situations involving an appliance, I assumed it would cost me an arm and a leg, or it was going to need to be replaced. This was not the case!!! I called and got an appointment almost right away. I was told it would cost $99. for them to look at it, but if I agree to get the job done, they would be credited towards the final cost (this wasn't entirely true but make sure you ask them to fully explain this cost ahead of time). I decided to schedule the service and was pleased with how Daryl provided stellar service during the diagnostic. I needed a part and was provided with the option of getting it done. I agreed. It was a little frustrating to get the next appointment because I had to do everything via email once Daryl diagnosed the problem. There was a lot lost in translation with the email, but overall, I got the appointment and quote. The part was $75.00 (not including shipping and tax on the part) that was better than a new washer. I don not understand why the customer should pay shipping cost. Pros: Daryl and his positive and respectful disposition during the diagnostic and installation of the part. Overall time to have the washer repaired, Yelp provided discount of $20.00. Cons: Extreme service wait time windows (diagnostic appointment was set for 11AM - 2 PM and installation appointment set for 4 PM -7 PM), the confusion about the service charge and diagnostic fee, the emails back and forth to schedule the service and get other questions answered. Beware!!! Have to share my learning Experience ...recent encounters...yes said encounters...first tech I had come thru was a sweetie so tried to give this crew another try.....oh my God! I'm so disgusted. Two repair visits Nov 2019 & May 2020. The dryer ran one cycle after the technician Neal supposedly fixed last week! So Proceed with extreme caution...First visit I was able to observe tech test etc and he subsequently replaced a fuse...for obvious reasons I wasn't able to observe this time however Neal was done in a jiffy...what did he do?...he said he replaced fuse (note quote referenced Nov repair and told him must be same problem). Did he check for any other issues? Did he check for an underlying cause? Have to conclude no...as I said 1 cycle...I'm extremely disappointed...should have heeded other reviews...please heed mine.... read more

I found Wooten via a yelp search after a hugely bad go of it with Sears appliance repair. My washing machine was not draining properly and actually draining onto the floor. It was under warranty by Sears but when the technician came out to look at it he told me that there was something stuck in my drain pump, the motor was burnt out and I would need a new one. Great right this should be covered under my warranty...not so much according to him the drain pump was not covered because and I quote "it was burnt out due to misuse and neglect by myself" Um...last time I checked I am not sure how that could be the case as I use my washing machine to wash clothes like any other normal person. Sears wanted $350 to fix it charged me $89 for the service call that was supposed to be free under my warranty and I said no...after a very heated discussion with their customer service I got no where. Since I knew what was wrong with it (supposedly) I bought the part and my friend and I changed the drain pump ourselves. Needless to say when we changed it we found NOTHING stuck in the drain pump. We ran three loads and it worked fine...que me washing a load of towels coming back and the contents of the machine had drained onto my floor. That is when I found Wooten as there was NO way I was giving sears anymore money. The repairman showed up in the time frame window that I was given. When I explained to him what I had been through with Sears he had told me this was not the first time he had heard these things about Sears. Nor had he ever heard anything such as what Sears told me about the drain pump. Upon looking at it he discovered that where the drainage hose was connected higher up was clogged (an easy fix had Sears told me that in the first place) He could not tell if in fact I had needed a new drainage pump (but I was not putting the old one back on) and commended us for changing it ourselves. Since I have a portable he discovered that my drainage hose was run through the wall and piping into my sink to drain. He let me know that the hose should be one hose connected to the washer and not two as this could cause clogging problems. However with the way it is currently set up the wall would have to be torn apart and a new hose run through and would be costly. He did give me suggestions for if I had future problems. Over all my experience was great and in the end I didn't have to buy a new washing machine which was my concern. He discovered that what Sears told me wasn't more than likely the problem. I will be recommending them to friends and using them in the future if I have problems arise! read more

Second time updating. So, the tech came out and missed the problem completely. But Darryl called us the next business day after we complained and he was very apologetic, the tech was somewhat new but Darryl was very sorry he missed the problem and has educated the tech. He clearly cares a lot about his business and he is sending us a full refund for the service. Because of their overall rating here, on Home Advisor, Google, and 5 Star Rated, I set up an appointment on-line to repair my microwave which intermittently would stop working because of the door contacts (according to my research on-line). I requested an appointment on Sunday and got an appointment for Wednesday through an app. called Jobber. Daryl was late for the 3 to 6 PM window but did call to tell me he was going to be late, so far so good. Of course the unit was working when he got there and in his attempt to replicate the problem blew out the fuse making it totally useless, including the exhaust fan and stove light. Daryl said he would eat the cost for a new fuse but I would have to pay for new switches. He offered to supply a loaner if the parts had to be ordered and wouldn't be in by that Friday. On Friday I was offered an appointment for the following Friday, I accepted then I called to try to arrange a loaner since I would be without a MW for a week. I reached an answering service who told me I could leave a message with them for the office manager, Stephanie, to call me back. Of course she never called back. But I did get another email that Daryl was out of town through Monday and didn't say anything about a loaner. On Monday and Tuesday he was out of town as well so by Wednesday I resigned myself to not getting a loaner. Thursday I get another Jobber notice that my appointment for Friday would be between 3 and 6, again. Friday comes, it's near 6:00 and no sign of Daryl so i call him from my stored numbers on my cellphone and his vm message says to text him as he doesn't respond to voice mails, which I did. He texts back that he's on another job for another hour and will come as soon as he's finished and do I want him to still come, no phone call like the initial visit. So he finally comes at 8 PM, finishes by 8:20 and this will be the last time I call on them. I think it's good that guys like Daryl are setting up shop on their own and are trying to run honest, reputable businesses but in a service environment the owner and the people running the business have to be more flexible in scheduling, have to communicate with their customers and each other and not be so tied into the latest "fad" app.'s.(Jobber). There's at least 3 junctions here where some communication could've made this very unpleasant experience a much better one. I'm giving 4 stars for the repairs and taking away 2 because of the wait and my not being able to talk to anyone live there, besides the answering service. The repairs and knowledge of the people who actually do the repairing is wonderful. Trying to get them to my home is nearly impossible. They have screwed up my appointments every single time I've tried to get someone here making me wait longer and longer. It will be nearly a MONTH before they can get someone here to make the final repair -- and that's after I told them repeatedly that I was leaving the country within a few weeks. Wooten charged me $99. to come out and diagnose my dishwasher (which I expected to pay), the technician that came out said it needed a new motor (which I had, but he did not put it in-my fault, miscommunication) Then I received an estimate for over $100 for the part that cost me $31 on Amazon and an additional amount for the labor. Ok, so I understand parts marked up and they did say they would install my part for just the price of labor minus the $99 estimate that I paid, my husband said he didn't want to spend any more money and he would install the new motor, when he went to work on it he saw that there was a piece of glass jammed in the motor and all he had to do was remove it and the dishwasher worked again. So, it was not diagnosed correctly for $99. and I would have been charged even more money for something I did not need and he should have done at the initial visit. I would have expected Wooten to know as they are supposed to be the "professionals". I am very disappointed in this company and would not recommend it to any of my friends or neighbors! read more

I highly recommend Wooten Appliance. Our dishwasher stopped working in the middle of the Dry cycle inexplicably. Using YouTube videos, I deduced that it was a blown fuse, but after taking the door panels off, I decided I didn't want to try and fix it on my own. I contacted Wooten via their online request form and we set up a time via email for the technician to come out. Chester was our guy and he showed up at the beginning of our repair window. I want to note that because of the coronavirus pandemic, Chester was the first non-family member in our home in months. He wore gloves and a mask the entire time, and only touched what he absolutely needed to. I definitely appreciated that. He agreed that it was the fuse, and then told me I would save money by obtaining the part myself (I ended up giving him the money saved in a tip). Once I procured the part, I set up another appt via email on the next available business day. Chester again showed up on time and got our dishwasher working again. I was also able to use a $20 Yelp coupon without issue. Will happily call on Wooten Appliance if we ever have other appliance issues. read more

I stumbled upon Wooten via a quick Google search, as I had an experienced unprofessional customer service for a larger national shop. Frustrated and yet undeterred we needed a quick diagnosis/solution as we were experiencing an issue with our dryer not performing appropriately. The Wooten team stayed on task until the dryer was fixed. Unit is working better than ever.!!! We were relived that we did not need to purchase another unit. #win Additionally, while the dryer issue was pending we experienced an issue with another appliance at our rental unit over a weekend. The easy online service request had a tech out as soon as practicable and we were able to transact remotely and the techs yet again quickly diagnosed the problem. I was impressed with Wooten's professionalism and service that while we were dealing with these two concurrent issues, I recommended them to a friend whose appliance issue was also quickly fixed. They repaired my freezer and my dishwasher. They do good work. They are honest. No complaints in that area. The only negative - scheduling an appointment and communication with their staff. Touching upon some of the reviews below, Wooten need to change their system of communication with their customers. It is impossible to reach anyone in their office by phone. They never pick up. Straight to voicemail. This makes it difficult to resolve immediate exigencies that inevitably arise in this line of work. You can email them. But most people prefer phone, as do I. In addition, any email message or instructions you give to their scheduling department often does not reach their repairmen out in the field. This sows confusion and mix-ups. In short, their system of communicating with customers needs a reboot. read more

At one point, this was an excellent business. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this business. I had called Daryl out on numerous occasions to repair various appliances. My partner and I also gave recommendations to our community listserv and to friends and family. It has been a couple of years since we needed to call, but I setup an appointment through their website over the weekend for a repair thinking they would schedule something for later in the week or the following week. I ended up getting an email telling me they could be at my house between 11am and 3pm on Monday (I received the email at 9:00am and responded at 9:52am). I responded back letting them know I would be able to be at my house at 11am and they confirmed. I managed to rearrange my work schedule to make sure I could be there on short notice. After waiting until 3pm, I finally emailed to find out when the technician might show up. I was told they sent the appointment email to me, but never put me down on anyone's schedule. Once I told them I would update my reviews, I received this: "I take full responsibility for this error. In my haste to attempt to get a technician to you today, I somehow neglected to cc my co-worker who would have added you to the calendar. If Daryl was still in your area he would still have come today. Daryl offered to come anytime tomorrow but it is clear you are not able to work from home again." *I did not ask for a special appointment today. Today's appointment was what they emailed me. *If I could easily rearrange my schedule again, I may have tried again, but working from home is not something I typically do. If I take a day off, I'm not sure if I would waste another day waiting with the 4 hour appointment windows they are now giving. I'm just really disappointed this quality company has gotten to the point where they can't keep appointments. Use at your own risk. read more

I've previously had some awful experiences dealing with handymen fixing appliances in the DC area, example, M&M appliances! Wooten was actually awesome and reasonably priced. Very responsive every time I reached out to them and they ensured that they followed up with appointments in a timely manner. The handymen that showed up were experts at dealing with a microwave issue we had...and were immediately able to diagnose the problem and fix the issue. I can't recommend them enough read more

Daryl was the technician that came out and service our broken washing machine. Great and honest guy. Took no time in deciphering the issue with the washing machine and gave great advice to get a new one versus having them fix it due to age and cost. read more
