I would tread lightly here. Went in for an annual physical covered by the ACA, with Dr. Brian Stojak. By the time I left, my annual check up turned into two visits at the suggestion of the doctor. I was following his recommendation. Come to find out, he made a frivolous additional appointment to line his own pockets. He took advantage of me and "double-dipped" with the extra appointment. Additionally, I was told my annual wasn't covered b/c i asked questions outside of the scope of and annual visit. I was told discussing my daily medication at an annual check up is not allowed. Really? I have no idea what those questions are. Another bate and switch, this time by the doctor's office and my insurance, Its the new "pre-existing" conditions so that insurance doesn't have to pay. I asked the doctor to change the coding on the annual visit and he wouldn't. I'm not going back and deciding my next course of action. I warn you to stay way. Find an honest healthcare system to work with. read more

I booked a pediatric appointment through NorthShore connect using great BCBS insurance. I arrived for my appointment and was told they had a record of my appointment but couldn't see a pediatric patient. I find it hard to believe that this facility, with its gold guided ceilings and custom upholstery, can't keep track of how they're showing up in a database for the largest and virtually only payer in the state. This place is a lot of bougie nonsense decor and poor care. THIS is what's wrong with American healthcare. Ridiculous! read more

Dr Dolling is super kind and knowledgeable. I honestly wish I knew about her and this clinic years ago. My annual examination was thorough, educational, and I felt incredibly comfortable the whole way throughout. Will be continuing with this physician and clinic! read more

Everything about my visit was 5 stars. The Clark is THE MOST beautiful medical facility I've ever seen. When you walk into to the Clark you feel as if you are walking into a classy boutique hotel. I met with Dr. Kristen Dolling and she was just so wonderful! Dr. Dolling really listened to me, took the time to answer all my questions,and she has a wonderful bed side manner. I'm so happy I made the decision to have my visit at The Clark. I will definitely transferring all my medical needs to the Clark. read more

This review is solely based on Maureen, the nurse who took my call this morning and then went out of her way to call me back to check on me this afternoon. Thank you for your care and being more attentive than the doctors themselves. I've had a horrible infection that has taken me out of work the past two days and she spent 15 minutes on the phone with me giving me suggestions and comfort after I called frantically in pain first thing this morning. This place checked all boxes * Easy setup for a new appointment * Appointment availability - I was able to get in within a week, no months long wait * No wait once I got there, barely had time to fill out the new patient forms. * Friendly staff, especially the technician who took my blood. He couldn't have been nicer. * Most importantly: great doctor, who took a lot of time with me for my regular physical, answered questions, calmed me down about some concerns I had and responded with helpful advice. * Blood tests right at the location, didn't even have to leave the exam room. * Overall nice, modern office * Test results came back in under 24 hours. Not sure what else anybody could ask for. Another plus for me personally was the fact that I live only ten minutes away from The Clark. Definitely going back. read more

The Clark has changed my Life! I have always felt shy about going to the doctor. To be more succinct I dreaded the thought. A friend referred me to the Clark and it has changed my life! They treat the whole person, which is rare nowadays. This may sound odd by I know look forward to going to the doctor. Had an pleasant initial visit but was so shocked to find my doctor would not renew my birth control prescription (in fact she denied it twice) when I called to return a call asking about me coming in for 6 month visit (had been on vacation and RAN OUT BC SHE DENIED IT) and explained I'm fine, loving my bc and won't be paying for an erroneous 6 month visit (on video chat) bc all is well and I just want my BC approved....I'll see them for my annual visit as recommended by all credible medical sources....I was told she would not renew until I paid for a visit. Totally ridiculous. I won't ever be returning. Denying someone birth control bc you want to make a little cash is ridiculous. read more

Dr. Batista refused to see me after being 8 minutes late to my appointment after driving from Cleveland OH from getting emergency surgery on my dog. I am a single Mom and barely have have time to shower let alone go to a physician who doesn't understand being 8 minutes late during rush hour traffic. There is not enough shiny things in the waiting room to justify the lack of empathy and customer service. I would highly recommend going to a physician that focuses on her patients and not into looking like a fancy restaurant. read more

I've been to The Clark twice. The first time I waited over 2 hours to see the doctor. Yes, you heard that right, over 2 hours. On my return visit for a follow up, I've been waiting one hour and counting to see the doctor (writing this as I speak). The office was not busy either time, yet still I waited and waited and waited. The concept of the Clark is great - the waiting area is more coffee shop than doctor's office. However, no amount of fancy chairs, free coffee, or infused water can make up for losing several hours every time you come for a check up here. To make matters worse, the doctor I am seeing is no longer available, and there are no other doctors to see as their other practitioner with this specialty is dropping down to part time. The doctors and staff here are both kind and thorough, but the wait times are unacceptable. read more

This review is based on failed attempts to see a doctor, which I was never actually able to do, despite more than two attempts. After being lured by their heavy advertising on IG I thought "I'm looking for a new doctor, why not give this place a try?" I went online to make an appointment with a certain doctor, only to find no availability. Tried again, and, much to my surprise I was able to get an appointment. Yay! Fast forward a few days and I get a call from The Clark telling me that unfortunately, the doctor I want to see isn't available. She's only in on Saturdays, which are booked for the next 40 years (not really, but, kind of). They're supposed to get another doctor in this field soon, so check back. Ok. A few more months go by, I decide to again try with The Clark, and, yay, a new doctor has been added, so I make an appointment for 2 mos from now. Not even 12 hours later I get a call from them telling me to add my insurance info ASAP..okaay, not sure why it's so urgent, but, I make a note to add my insurance, but, I'm not rushing because my appointment is 2 months away. While on their page I see that miraculously the original doctor I wanted to see, the one who was booked for the next 40 years? She has an opening in December..woo hoo! I take it. The NEXT DAY? I get another call from some manager at The Clark, who leaves me a message telling me that, ooh sorry, that doc is having a family emergency in December, so I can't see her. He did, however, take it upon himself, without asking me, to reschedule me for another day and time when I'm not even in town, with another doctor. I guess random strangers know my schedule? Thanks? I don't know what's going on at this place, but, something shady for sure. I want nothing to do with them, their doctors, etc. read more

Going to the Dr. is typically a pretty mundane experience, but not at The Clark! My experiences have both been exceptional, greeted by a warm staff, a beautiful waiting room, coffee / tea while you wait, and an overall modern, clean facility. The satisfaction doesn't stop with the aesthetic element, the doctors and nurses are great as well. Dr. Batista always takes time to listen, answer any questions and make you feel like your concerns are important, and being heard. I will happily make the drive from downtown to The Clark. The Clark is absolutely stunning! As you walk in you are greeted by a glowing concierge team and a breathtaking reception area. As you wait to be seen, the bar area offers fresh tea, coffee and infused water. By the time you are finished your drink, you are escorted back to the spa-like exam rooms. This is the first time I've ever had an appointment that started on time and ran efficiently. My time being valued truly set the tone. Dr. Swapna was absolutely amazing. She was attentive and made me feel like all of my concerns were valid. I left her office feeling truly supported. I would highly recommend The Clark! read more

I have a herniated disk in my lower spine and was in pain and in search of alternatives to orthopedic drs. I found Dr Levenhagan on the web and thought he would be the one to help me because of his intro video of him and his services so I made an appointment. Sure the office is nice and the concierge service is great however my back aches so I could care less about being offered water coffee or tea. My first appointment was an introduction but I wasnt sure if he wanted to continue to see me. He seemed not to know how treat me. He had me bend left and right and stretched my legs and back and told me to go to PT and come back to see him in a MONTH. What? After I told him PT didnt help and that I was in pain? 2nd visit I was 7 min late (mostly due to trying to pay the meter) he had an intern come in ask me the same questions Dr Levenhagan asked me on the first visit. Dr L came in and ask me more questions, had me walk on my tip toes then walk on my heels. Dr L then told me he couldn't do manipulations because he had another patient. I WAS FURIOUS and have not been back. What's so hilarious is that his office offered him to be my PCP and I accepted. Two weeks later i had a migraine for a week and was violently throwing up. I call MY PCP Dr Levenhagan at The Clark and the concierge girl told me he was at another location. She never offered to call him, take a message or anything! Out of all of this he still billed insurance and got paid. I'll never set foot in that place again!! MY THOUGHTS FOR THE CLARK? DONT ACCEPT INSURANCE, CHARGE A MEMBERSHIP FEE ONLY SEE THE RICH AND RICHER. read more

I had the most amazing experience seeing Dr. Batista. She came into the room and immediately made me feel at ease. I was only in the exam room for a few minutes before she came to see me which was such a nice change from the last few doctors offices I went to that made me wait upwards of 30 minutes at a time. I will continue to be a patient of Dr. Batista's from here on out! read more

10/10...I visited this office for the first time earlier this summer and the staff was very friendly, the space is beautiful and my Ob/Gyn was very caring, attentive and informative. They also are very quick with responses/calls and are very adamant about wanting to help any health issues you have going on as Drs should be. I have been to The Clark twice. Once for myself and most recently with my husband when he was running a very high fever. I called just before closing and was able to snag a next day appointment for him with Dr. Batista. The staff brought him warm herbal tea and got us in the exam room quickly. Dr. Batista was very concerned, as he had received the flu shot - but his symptoms really looked like the flu. She administered a flu test and he was clear- whew! Still a nasty virus but she predicted it would clear up 50% more quickly than the flu. She was correct :) She also gave me a few pointers on how to keep my daughter and I from getting the virus. In 17 years I had never seen him that sick - I am grateful for the access to quality, empathetic care. We'll be back. read more

This place is amazing. From the moment you walk in, it is a wonderful vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly. I saw Dr. Dolling and she is truly wonderful. She is personable and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease given I was seeing her for the first time as my OB/GYN. I truly had a great experience and will be going back. This place is truly a wonderful addition to the Andersonville neighborhood. read more

Terrible!!!! Looks great, but if you want quality healthcare go somewhere else. They try to get you to run a ton of tests that insurance doesn't cover. Waste of time and money!!!! Too many great docs in Chicago to waste your time here. read more
