Would NOT recommend The Cleaning Authority! We have had biweekly cleaning service with TCA for MONTHS, maybe even over a year. I have previously left favorable reviews, however even before COVID, service began to decline. For example, they don't really "clean" the toilet bowls, but rather just put cleaner in, swirl it around and rinse it out. I know this because I put those Scrubbing Bubbles gel stamps in the bowl after they clean, and each time, they have never been scrubbed away...I have to re-clean the bowl to remove the old one! They also told me they use Bar Keepers Friend to clean inside toilet bowls....ummm, last I checked this is just an abrasive cleaner. In no way is this an anti-bacterial or anti-microbial cleaner. Per their website, Bar Keepers Friend is NOT a disinfectant! Consequently, I requested use of my own cleaning chemicals (for which they offer no price adjustment). Complaints to the office went unresponded to. One week, a team of 2 ladies cleaned my 3200 sq ft home in less than 1 HR 10 min (to be clear, that's 2 HR 20 min in man-hrs. There is NO WAY if I were working alone, I could clean and sanitize my home, including a deep-clean of the specified areas on rotation, in 2 hr and 20 min!)! I immediately called and complained after team left and the offer was to send same team back. I declined stating that would be useless. I emailed 7 photos (2 shown below) of the shoddy work and the management never even responded. They do not have appropriate customer service at all. The straw that broke the camel's back was upon returning from vacation to find they had used the garage entry code to enter the home to clean (as expected), but must have left through the front door, because our home was UNLOCKED upon our return a week later. They put our home and everything we owned in jeopardy! And, I noted upon returning from vacation, 2 of my bathroom floors hadn't even been mopped! UNBELIEVABLE!! Use at your own risk! read more

Becky and Sam have cleaned our home for several years. They are outstanding people and I trust them to be in my home. They do a great job every time and let us know when they see an issue with our house (because they see the little corners we overlook every day). They are kind, personable, and work hard. They have even cleaned with newcomers, and I've listened to them be thoughtful in their teaching, sharing their tips and tricks and attention to detail. The office has always been helpful when we need to reschedule. They use all green products so we know it's safe and won't harm our floors or furniture. I highly recommend Cleaning Authority and I especially recommend requesting Becky and Sam as your regulars. They are the absolute best. read more

We live in Mariemont and have been using the Cleaning Authority for several years. Team 1 (Tasha and Tiffany) are always punctual, courteous, and professional. They always pay attention to detail and make the house shine. They use all their own green products which alleviates any worries about harsh products ruining the plumbing or scratching the kitchen services. On a side note, they saved my house from burning down last year after smelling smoke from an electrical fire. They were quick to call the firefighters who found the wire and were able to stop the threat. On a final note, Tasha and Tiffany are trustworthy and we highly recommend their services. read more

We used private services for 20 years and gradually realized the quality of clean was going down while costs were going up. We switched to TCA over a year ago and have been extremely pleased! They are competitively priced, have never had to reschedule, are timely, trustworthy and do an awesome job, week after week! We love Team 8 - Connie & Crystal are awesome! They are super friendly, love on our pets, and consistently exceed the level of clean we experienced in the past. I love coming home after they've been here! I've used the Cleaning Authority for about a year now, it was a tough decision to bring someone in as I like to do things myself but life had gotten to be too much and something had to give. We've had Tasha and Tiffany for several months now and they take care of our house as if it was their own. I love coming home on the days they have been here and enjoying a spotless home (for about an hour until my kids unload all their toys and ruin the look). They are very professional, punctual, pleasant and friendly ladies. Connie and Crystal always do an excellent job, paying attention to details. My house look spotless and smell great. I just got home after they were here today and my house is so clean and smells great! They are nice, personable, respectful, hard workers, and know how to clean a house!
