We have been using Vesco every month for 3+ years. Jeremy, the owner, is great to work with on scheduling and customer feedback. Every team that has cleaned our house has done a great job. We have a dog that sheds a ton and they do an amazing job picking up all the hair that shows up around the house. 99% of the time they are in our house when we are at work and we feel completely safe having them enter and exit using a hidden house key. We have found Vesco to be affordable and well worth the money. My husband and I work full time so having them come every month lets us spend our weekends doing family things instead of deep cleaning. read more

I hired Vesco for a two story, 4 bedroom 1.5 bath house clean. The house was dirty but empty. I was quoted four hours. I received a call 4 hours later telling me they had only finished the upstairs (the cleanest part of the house that had all new carpet.) There was still dust and grime everywhere. We were told by the owner the upstairs would be cleaned by a new team "free of charge" and that team would complete the downstairs for a flat rate. I agreed. I am then charged $433 for the bad job upstairs and told that I will ALSO be charged the flat fee on top of that. When I argue I am told by the owner, "You are in the medical field, right? So when you charge $700 for a half an hour of your time you don't let people argue with you!" I guess when the owner had called me he heard my title, "Doctor," on my voicemail. What he DIDNT know if that I am a psychologist who works with the disabled, in jails, and non-profits. I'm also a busy mom of 3. The owner assumed I was wealthy and trying to get things for free. Not only was it bad business, he insults character. And this from a "Christian" company? read more

I've been a customer of Vesco's since the beginning when it was just the owners Jeremy and Chrissie doing the cleaning. While they have grown over the last 7 years, I can still count on personalized, quality service. I have dogs and they are always careful when they enter and leave my home that the dogs do not escape. I know that when I come home my house will be clean and my dogs are still contained. If I every need anything extra or different done, I just let them know and can count on it being done. If I am home when they arrive they are always friendly and work around me and whatever I'm working on. I thrust them so much that I have them clean my elderly father's home. He can sometimes have a bit of clutter around, but the ladies always work around his things and go out of their way to help him out. Overall, I can say that I can trust Vesco to do a thorough, quality job for me and my family. read more

VesCo was recommended to us by our realtor. The home is an old Victorian, that had been rented for four years. It was a mess. Without ever coming to look at the house, VesCo gave a quote. They were suppose to have four people, and said it would take a day. Two people came, and a third joined them much later in the day. On the first day, they got through the top two floors. One of the staff was extremely rude and nasty to us, when we came over to check on progress. She even informed my son-in-law that the house would never pass an inspection! Maybe VesCo needs to advertise that they do home inspections, too. She seemed to be the expert. They ended up coming back the next day - for an extra charge, of course. We went in yesterday ( after the cleaning) and spent an hour and a half cleaning baseboards, the freezer and black dirt from the floor right by the baseboards. I guess it was too much to expect them to bend over and clean that. The wood stairs were not cleaned. They were dirty and not even vacuumed. To say I am angry, is an understatement. We paid them, but we should not have. I love how you have to pay immediately - in our case before we got back into the house to check out the results. I would never use them again, and I think Sibcy-Cline should think long and hard before they recommend them to clients. read more
