However, it was so heavily worn that it was completely unwearable and would most likely need to be melted down and rebuilt. My fiancé shopped around at a lot of jewellers, but everyone focused on the resale value and kept insisting on replacing the diamonds, not seeming to understand the sentimental value of the ring. Aria was the first jeweller who seemed more than happy to work with him to preserve the structure and meaning of the ring! They were also the only ones who weren't going to send the ring out - he wanted to make sure it wasn't going to be sent somewhere that he couldn't be sure what was happening. They were excellent with communication, even agreeing to only call during the hours that he knew I was at work, and were great at keeping him updated on the process. He had also brought in another family engagement ring with the intention of using the gold to help fill in the structural integrity of the other ring. Between using that gold, a bit of their own, and the remaining gold from my Grandmother's ring, they restored the ring to its original beauty without even needing to melt down the setting! The diamonds were removed and cleaned, and the original setting cleaned up, so now the ring shines in a way I've never seen. Additionally, they cut, cleaned, and saved the setting from the other engagement ring and turned it into a beautiful pendant that I'll be able to wear on our wedding day. It was all very reasonably priced, and I'm blown away with the final result. I love that they valued the ring as much as I did and truly understood the meaning behind this whole process. I can't recommend them enough! I'm hoping to go back to have my wedding band made soon! Thank you so much!

Power reserve basically gone to nothing, there is a loose sound to the watch when gently shaken, the movement works for only a moment or two before stopping(even after a day of wear), essentially need to have to watch repaired again. Terrible repair/servicing, even worse customer service.

I purchased a wedding band for my wife ($483.64) over the winter. I was married to her just last week and now, while typing, the wedding band has broken in half. The ring now falls off because its hanging open. It appears to me they resized it and did a very very poor job at welding both ends together. Had a cracked screen on a Google pixel 7 pro which I took…read morein to have replaced. After making an appointment and heading out via uber to the place of business, I arrive to find that there is no one there. I call later on and was told they had perhaps slipped out for a coffee. I had waited over half an hour and then took another uber to go home after trying to call the business number. I finally got the business later that day and was told.they would fix it immediately while I wait. I tool another uber there and expected them to fix it while I waited. They said that they needed an extra part and I would need to leave until t he following day. Another uber back home and then back again the next day. (Having had a recent knee injury , I was unable to take TTC) The next day , I get there , pay for repair and receive a receipt which says the phone was guaranteed for 90 days. On clerks recommendation , i purchase an expensive OTTERBOX case to avoid breaking screen again. Within a week , i.receive case and as I'm installing it, the screen cracked as I snap it on! In addition , I realize that the earpiece stopped working after repair! I needed to use the speaker or Bluetooth ear buds to answer a call. I then return to the store a week or so later and was told that the cracked screen would only be repaired for an additional $120 charge! The earpiece was also still broken I later discover. After much discussion, I begrudgingly hand over the money and was told I'd receive a receipt via email.... none was sent. A couple of weeks later , the screen started to detach from the phone !! After paying for the same repair , the phone was unusable due to faulty careless repair work. I was given such grief by this place I just could NOT go back as they would not repair without charging extra! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
