That Tuesday came and my wife called about her rings and was told the jeweler was back up and the rings would be done that evening or the next morning. So she called back Wednesday at 12 to get an update and the jeweler had a rude comment saying that he can't work on the rings if he was always on the phone with her. So I then called them and there was zero communication when I got on the phone with them I just wanted a new eta because I understand getting backed up just wanted a new time line and I wanted to know what the progress of the rings were. I was given no answer except the rings will be done when they are done or I could get a refund. We had a photographer lined up for the weekend because we expected the rings to be done and we have now wasted three weeks and have to fine a new jeweler. I just didn't trust them with my wife's great grandmothers ring that is 103 years old if they couldn't tell me what had been done to the ring and were rude when we called the day after they said they were going to be finished on.

His name is Warren and I would love to save all my friends and family from wasting their time and money at this place. I came in for a cleaning like a month ago and was told there wouldn't be a charge, although every jewelry store I've gone to has never charged me for a cleaning, but I would've been happy to pay. I noticed once it was returned to me that one of my green emeralds fell out while it was in the ultrasonic. He went and got the stone and said it was damaged before it got cleaned. It definitely wasn't. Anyway, he said he'd send it off to be fixed. A few weeks later he texts me and asked if I wanted a quote for a new stone or to just get it put back in.. I asked for both. So I've been waiting weeks for a response. Today, he texted me and said my ring was ready. I told him he never got back with me about how much it'd be. He then tells me it'll be $150. I told him I couldn't pay that today so how much would it be to just put my original stone back in? He responded and said he's never had someone who couldn't afford $150. The audacity to assume that I couldn't "afford" it. First of all, why would you do a service without giving someone an estimate first? He was being so unprofessional and rude! I ended up telling him to remove the stone and return my stuff so I can take it elsewhere. He was trying to argue with me and justify his behavior. He then goes on to say he doesn't have time for this and said I can come get my ring and he'll write it off as charity. I went to pick it up and he was being so passive aggressive and sarcastic! He asked to take a picture with me bc they like to support charity. Lmaooooo literally F off! This isn't charity my boy. You didn't give me an estimate before doing a service. He was an older white guy raised the matter, but this most recent visit was a gentleman that was probably the same age but he happen to be a black fella that doesn't matter here or there but maybe they can use that information to train on some attitude adjustment lessons, because look up pawnshop has a sole purpose is there as an alternative for the public to do business in the hopes of giving the customer close to, or at the very least a reasonable price and which the pawnshop itself can make a little bit of money, and the customer can get some cash that they obviously are in desperate need of at the moment or maybe not desperate but or willing to do business at the moment it's no reason to offend somebody by offering them so little and being dismissive of the facts and information they give about the product that the first amount of the counter, obviously seems to not be able to grasp or find in his research quote" of the product on the Internet. You don't look up the product on eBay and see what it's being sold for and based it off that you look it up at the local retail stores because if it's unopened and brand new you need to base your number off what the three retailers in the area or selling it for taking an average price from there you on eBay that's absurd because first all that eBay and can be totally bogus. It could be a scam you didn't do enough to do your research so they could be lowball on the price and be trying to scam somebody into doing something other than business. Now that's unlikely but the point is just going off the number you see on eBay is ridiculous. Also whenever you're looking at the wrong product model number, when in fact what I had was a different model which was more expensive. He refused to understand that and couldn't read the box. Obviously, I mean he could read the box, but he just refused to be wrong about it. Anyways, I was very polite and understanding and calm and I just politely declined and left but I just think I need to say some of this because man we're all goes around. We gotta help each other out be good to each other. Somebody comes into your business, especially with what y'all do not treat them like dog shit and like they're somebody who you think you can get something over on because then factual calls, the customer in this case me to never visit you again and I'm sure that y'all can't really afford to have at least one out of four customers not come back shit you wouldn't want one customer to not be able to come back. On yelp I found mobile antique mall and found some great blue glass goblets. As was leaving spotted this place. Only about half the items in the store are actually antiques but interesting curiosities throughout. They are currently changing displays so it was pretty chaotic and unorganized and the entrance was mostly blocked. I found some great treasures but your really have to hunt and scavage. For example a beautiful refinished dining table was hidden under boxes. All the awesome furniture overwhelmed half of the space and my sweet husband who is 250 pounds could not get through some of the areas to look at little nooks with me. But the other half of the space is consignment area is very orderly. Don't be deceived by the choas at threshold part of store looks like an actual store. The items we bought were in ok condition and one of a kind. It's always a good sign when locals are stopping in to visit and everyone is welcoming and kind. I wish the front door was not blocked by holiday decor and the hubs could move around more but again I think we came on a bad day. My biggest complaint, aside from the clutter is the prices. Like most consignment stores the tags are removed to ensure that booth renters get paid. However, we did not get an itemized receipt and the prices ended up being drastically different than what we expected. I followed up with store who said my recollection was wrong & that used scratched plastic measuring spoons where actually over $6 bucks not the $3 bucks I thought they were marked. The broken reproduction watch was not $6 bucks but $10.50. For the prices we paid for used products this place it should be a nicer shopping experience instead the organization of half of the store was more like a hoarders garage than storefront. We inquired about the advertised four piece set (dresser, chest, mirror, and nightstand) and asked to include, with payment, an additional nightstand. We were told the items would arrive five days after purchase. When we didn't receive the furniture by the due date, we called the owner because there wasn't an update. He said there were several delays and offered us an item in their "showroom" for our troubles. A week after making our purchase, four of the five items arrived, via a small pick-up truck. A second call was placed with the owner, and he said that's what we paid for a mirror, dresser and two nightstands not the chest. Why would we buy two nightstands, a dresser and mirror without a chest especially when the items for sale included a chest! The owner said we can place an order for a chest for an additional $300. Then he said we could have paid $150 for an extra nightstand when we bought the furniture. He should have told us that when we were originally in the store, that would have been helpful and he would have gained a customer since we want to buy more furniture. I'm definitely disappointed. Also Pay close attention to the fine print: ALL SALES FINAL - NO REFUNDS.
