There were also purchases I did not feel I had approved, and when I attempted to address these concerns, I did not receive a meaningful response. Because my concerns remained unresolved and not responded to (I had given a week), I cancelled our final meeting as it's awkward having someone ignore you then come to your home. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable continuing the working relationship. The fashion suggestions were very basic ie "where a cardigan with a dress" and not what would expect from a stylist, more like something at the mall. This review reflects my personal experience as a paying client. Based on that experience, I would not work with this stylist again.

After I heard her no-nonsense eco-friendly approach to styling (reuse, repurpose, recycle -- THEN buy something new), I knew I wanted to work with her. Of course it didn't hurt that she is also a British Vogue online correspondent and a published author of Closet Control. Any way, she takes her business SERIOUSLY. Prior to her first power session with you, she advises you to get plenty of rest and eat something because it is going to be intense. Wow.
