This was my first time at this club. I was there for the South Palm Beach County FAWL Holiday party. I loved the holiday decorations. They were u estates, but elegant. Our event wa in a private room. Food was appetizers and small bites. The shrimp cocktail was excellent. There was a nice assortment of cheeses, meats, and crackers. There was also a hot dip with bread and pita chips. The standout food was the Thanksgiving slider, which had turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. Definitely a crowd favorite. The DJ played some nice music. The staff was friendly and attentive as they passed out additional appetizers, and kept the tables clean of dirty dishes. It was a very nice event location. My only complaint was the parking signs and clubhouse signage was a little lacking, so it was a little confusing figuring out where to go or where to park. But overall it was a very nice evening. read more

The club was good, id say maybe even a year ago. The course is nice but the staff WAS amazing. Girls in the bag room was great, they left. Our group always looked forward to seeing them. The director of golf is a pain to deal with..... if you can find him. Food has only gotten worse, but more expensive. Club only wants money... read more

Horrid customer service from front desk to billing. Not welcoming of younger couples in the community.

Played the course as a prospective member. I found it very ordinary, and not challenging. The back nine was a little better than the front nine, but could not play this course as a member on a regular basis after paying the dues and initiation fee, without feeling regularly disappointed. read more

Heritage Golf took it over 3 years ago and their management is arrogant and all about revenue. This WAS a great club... not anymore...too many golf members and the food went downhill. Overpriced for what's offered. read more

Attendee a party here and I truly have not met such a rude staff. The bartender was one of the few who didn't have a attitude. Some woman employee not dressed in uniform started yelling at me and my family. Completely insane. If you want to have a party please don't have it here. Don't get fooled into getting a golf membership. New ownership sold over 300 golf memberships and still selling. Tee times hard to get and rounds of golf 4 1/2 hours. If you get a summer golf membership, plan on greens getting punched twice very aggressively. read more

I dealt w a cold frigid lady and decided to go to St. Andrews Country Club instead. This woman seems to be the worst at dealing w customers. Staying in Boca for vacation & had the privilege to train at the condo's gym & also try out the buffet. I didn't expect much from the gym considering it is a condo for seniors, but the dumbbells were decently heavy & they had great machines to get great training sessions in. So the gym exceeded my expectations! I'm on vacation so I didn't expect to be training at a hardcore gym everyday while I'm down here in Florida. The buffet was okay, only offered a salad station, soup, sandwiches & a dessert station..not what I expected and ended up ordering something from the menu (Salmon burger-which was alright). I guess I expected the buffet to be filled with all you can eat meats, rice, pasta, etc etc..oh well read more

I've never reviewed the brunch at a country club before. But seeing as people may want to know what they're getting if they're invited to this place, I might as well try... Okay, so the room is massive. And the buffet is what most people go for. There is also waiter service, which is pretty attentive. The star of the buffet is the station where the chefs make your omelets and waffles. I did not try the waffle, but the omelet was good. And it's nice that they have the option for egg whites and Egg Beaters, for those that are into that sort of thing. The rest of the hot food was steam table. I didn't much care for the sausage, and don't think I tried anything else. On one end is a table with a bunch of salads. It would have been nice if they had labels, because it was kind of interesting looking at them, and then trying. I don't know what was in the one with beets, but it was pretty good. The other side had bagels, lox and smoked whitefish. I unfortunately thought that the fish was sub-par, and the bagles didn't do anything for me. Oh well. You don't really go to these kinds of places for the ambience or decor, but neither were anything great. Unless you dig hanging out with old people. Or if you are an old people. Had a 6:30 reservation for dinner 11/20 and was informed by the dining room manager there were no tables and he had no idea when there would be one available. He was surly, rude and totally unprofessional and said take up your issues with management. At 6:50 we had a table set up in the bar area for dinner and ordered. At 7:45 the soup and salad still had not arrived!! At this point we left after filling out a complaint form. Eleven days later and no one has you to follow up on the complaint. In two months the Heritage Group has turned a great club into the worst dinning experience in Palm Beach County. If you are considering joining DON't. This place has become an embarrassment in record time. There are many other clubs in Boca Raton that deliver a quality private club experience with none of the Boca Pointe shortcomings. My last regret is that yelp does't allow me to rate this club with zero stars. read more

Agree with all of the above-- wonderful people! wonderful place to live! Outstanding programing- lectures, plays, music, trips etc. The restaurants surpass most restaurants in Palm Beach County-- consistently. Sports program is excellent- fitness center, tennis, golf etc. This is the place to live-- if you are fortunate to have a choice. read more

unfortunately due to the overzealous security officer this past weekend our event was not a complete success, the decor and service was really good but the Female Guard whom over saw the event on 04/07/2019 was rude and unprofessional , I believe she works for Allied Universal she continuously during the evening kept making the guess uncomfortable and intimidated by her behavior.. she kept trying to deny the guess whom paid for certain services like leisure event like basketball hoop free throws intimated by bullied them and yelling at them"not to dribble the ball "(?) the officer yell at several of the guest because they did simple thing like asking for charging port for their phone ... I will not recommend this venue until they remove allied Universal security officers from this site .... otherwise Boca pointe is really good read more

The one star goes to Carlos, who actually deserves 5 stars!!!! The tennis director, though... needs urgent customer care training. Urgent!!!! My husband and I love going to Carlos' adult clinics. He's an unbelievable instructor, we always have a good time and improve our game some way. So I decided to take my son (11) for a group class. Well... she placed him with these cute little kids... they were probably 6. Can you think of a better way to deflate a little boy? I bet you you couldn't. Then when I asked her if he could try a group that would be more age appropriate for him, she decided to say (in front of him) that he wasn't good enough. Well... maybe she's right... I'm not a pro... But she wouldn't have had the time to evaluate his ability in the little time that she saw him on court, especially taking into consideration how deflated and frustrated she made him. Everything was wonderful except for the food at the wedding. The chicken was tasteless and overcook and had been sitting for hours and there was very little marsala sauce on the chicken marsala and when I say very little I mean maybe 1 fluid ounce. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with cloth towels at the sinks and the facilities were great. The room was wonderful but I had a hard time with the food. read more
