I had to repeatedly follow up with the office manager, Clint, for weeks just to get a response. I was ultimately told that the golf course takes no responsibility because liability falls on the individual golfer -- someone they made no apparent effort to identify. That response is especially concerning considering the location. If a golf ball can seriously damage a parked vehicle, what happens when one hits a pedestrian, cyclist, or a moving car on Harbor Blvd? The most disappointing part has been the complete lack of accountability and communication. Responsibility is shifted to an unidentified golfer, while neighboring residents are left dealing with the damage and consequences themselves. Zero accountability. Zero communication. Zero apparent concern for the safety of the surrounding community.

It is definitely catered to folks with golfing experience, but even those of us who were new had a great time! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, but the accommodations were what surprised us the most. Each bay is completely private and decked out with couches, TVs and even fridges. The fridges are key since you can bring your own food and drinks! Overall we had a great time, and when you break down the prices it's really just over $10/person per hour, which is a steal. We'll definitely be back! PRO-TIP: there are multiple websites out there and it's a little confusing which is which when booking. We used www.swingeasygc.com. But you can always call and Nick will help you out!

I got a private bat for an hour and just practiced but you can add on multiple hours for games or practice. I liked how informative the worker was when he walked us into the bay & how SPACIOUS this place is!! It's nicely decorated and uses modern furniture. The screen is HUGE. The only wish I had was the automated ball refills haha. I brought some of my own balls to hit as well so I didn't have to go back and forth with the two balls they gave us. Maybe they should have multiple balls in a bucket? Just an opinion. Otherwise, the place is great! They have drinks out in the hangout space where they have celsius, water, cocacola, and sprite. The owner was also super nice and friendly! Thank you for the great hospitality I hope you guys pop offff :)

The greens are basically a dang ruff. I don't even know why I brought my putter. Thirdly, and this I might add might be one of the most frustrating parts, almost every hole you have to dodge a redwood tree. Whoever is gardening is not tending to the course one bit and only feeding the trees that ARE POSITIONED ON TOP OF THE TEE BOX. I saw a guy almost make a hole in 1 and IT WAS ONLY BECAUSE HE THINNED HIS SHOT AND NARROWLY MISSED THE MASSIVE TREE ON TOP OF THE TEE BOX. It doesn't help that the people in front of me were genuine NIMRODS. Zero urgency. Bozos. Think they thought they were the only people on earth. Get Nick Shirley out to this place and expose this fraud. $20??!! You're having a laugh man. Rough Sunday afternoon. Hopefully Spiderman makes up for it this evening.

The course is absolutely stunning, and honestly, photos don't do it justice. The views are incredible from every angle. You have to see it in person to understand how special it is. Where else in Orange County can you play golf with this kind of scenery, service, and overall experience? And OMG... look at the golf cart! Even the smallest details here feel luxurious. The carts, the facilities, the landscaping, and the entire atmosphere show that this place is built around providing a premium experience--not just a round of golf. Not many public golf courses offer valet parking, but here it's part of the experience. From the moment you arrive, the staff greets you professionally and provides outstanding service every single time. Everyone is friendly, organized, and truly understands hospitality. One thing that really impressed me: tee times are actually on schedule--even on weekends! That is rare. At Monarch Beach golf course can run 30 -45 minutes behind on weekends. Here, they respect your time and deliver the kind of service you expect from a luxury destination. The weather is amazing, the views are unforgettable, and having two courses gives you even more reasons to come back. Every detail feels carefully designed. If you're willing to drive around looking for the cheapest golf deal, this probably isn't the place for you. This is not an average golf course for the average golfer. It's a destination. It's the kind of place you should play at least once in your lifetime.

My daughters thought the nearby building was a hotel and went into what they believed was a public restroom. While they were in the women's restroom, a male employee entered the restroom area, which made the situation uncomfortable and confusing. While I was waiting for girls, very friendly member had kindly explained that this was not the beach and courteously directed us to the correct location. We appreciated that employee's help. Unfortunately, employee then approached us in a very confrontational manner, repeatedly yelling that we could not wait for our Uber there and threatening to call the police. Even as we were leaving the area, he continued to raise his voice and treat us as though we had done something wrong, despite the fact that it was an honest mistake. We were visitors unfamiliar with the area and had no intention of trespassing or causing any issues. We were simply trying to find the beach and arrange transportation. The employee's aggressive behavior was unnecessary and made an already confusing situation stressful and upsetting for my family.
