The barbecue had good flavor but it was advertised as spicy so I was expecting spicy. It was mild for my taste. The meat is nice and tender though. There are also a few options for sauce so that is cool. The coleslaw was decent but could have a better flavor. The cornbread was kinda dry. Prices were reasonable and portions are good. They keep the truck clean and organized. I salute the food truck owners for their tremendous efforts in their business though. Next time, I'll probably try the brisket.

If you see them, I would get their food. It was a one man show and he was really working hard. Once we ordered our food came out quickly. We got crab cake sliders with their kelp sauce that had actual kelp and was SO GOOD! We also got the shrimp sandwich and it was brine shrimp and wonderfully seasoned. Almost as good was my friend's beer burger with caramelized onions, munster, and bacon. Even more exciting for those of us who like lunch for breakfast, she opens at 9 am! If I had to nitpick, I could use more spice (heat) on the burger and more salt on the fries, but it's a small thing. The chef told me she plans to change the menu weekly, uses local seasonal products when possible. If so, this promises to be my new favorite place to eat in Belfast.
