Prior to sending they confirmed that they would be able to make it look new. However I waited months for the bag to be shipped back. I received it in horrible condition. The chain was not evenly plated and overall sloppy condition. Rago Bros. offered to do the replating once more at their expense-which I obliged. I waited months later- February when I finally received the bag even though I shipped before the holidays- and they had completely removed and replaced all the original hardware, which I never ever approved of, and substituted cheap flimsy gold hardware. Clients, be aware of this. They completely scammed me of my bag, and I am completely heartbroken over this because of its sentimental meaning. I had to dispute with my bank. This company is an absolute fraud. Do your research!
