I'm happy to say Collage was just that! They hit the ball out of the park! My husband consistently gets an oat milk mocha at every coffee shop, and this had his stamp of approval. I got the seasonal sugar cookie latte (according to the kind barista it is a mix of butter extract and birthday cake syrups, yum!) it was just a touch sweet for me, but I am not someone who would typically go for the sweeter drink on the menu. But today I needed a sweet pick me up. Either way, it was delicious! You can taste the flavor of the latte while the coffee flavor still shines through- just the perfect balance! They have a variety of drink options including kombucha, coffee, and tea. A little bummed I wasn't in the area longer to head back for a booch, as the flavor options sounded delicious. They also had a small variety of baked goods and some different panini options- definitely seems like their food options are best on Saturdays when their brunch menu is in full effect. The coffee cake tasted like carrot cake without the cream cheese frosting. The coffee itself was likely good, however it was ruined by the cheap, hormone riddled creamer. Ingredient quality matters. It has a warm and inviting feel, it also has great character and charm. The drink selections are good, staff is very friendly, and they have some syrups that are made in-house! It is a great place for a date, a friend meet up, some quality me time, and even a great place to work/study.
