Quite lovely inside, with loads of seating and plenty of space to work alone or gather with others. Additional seating outdoors with tables out front. Two baristas working efficiently but without personality to speak of. My husband's espresso was, "ok." My oat milk sugar free hazelnut latte was far too sweet, had far too much milk, and was far too hot. I had to wait an unreasonably long time to "enjoy" it and that was after pouring it back and forth between two cups to cool it down. Quite a jumbled mish mash of "artsy" items for sale.

First time here. Beautifully decorated place. Food & drinks were good too. Downstairs was busy but upstairs was empty on a Saturday early afternoon.

Such a cute find in PA! Sweet ladies working at the shop with great local goods. Both the chai latte and regular latte did the job. The tuna on lettuce salad was fresh and well-made and the Chicken Waldorf Salad Sandwich was delicious and hit the spot! Loved sitting outside and watching the locals

Warm, quaint, and classy coffee shop.

I'm happy to say Collage was just that! They hit the ball out of the park! My husband consistently gets an oat milk mocha at every coffee shop, and this had his stamp of approval. I got the seasonal sugar cookie latte (according to the kind barista it is a mix of butter extract and birthday cake syrups, yum!) it was just a touch sweet for me, but I am not someone who would typically go for the sweeter drink on the menu. But today I needed a sweet pick me up. Either way, it was delicious! You can taste the flavor of the latte while the coffee flavor still shines through- just the perfect balance! They have a variety of drink options including kombucha, coffee, and tea. A little bummed I wasn't in the area longer to head back for a booch, as the flavor options sounded delicious. They also had a small variety of baked goods and some different panini options- definitely seems like their food options are best on Saturdays when their brunch menu is in full effect. Inside the space is both spacious and cozy! Decorated a bit for the holidays, and places to sit and yap- love that for the locals. Single room bathrooms that were also spacious and clean. Overall, a wonderful stop with kind and helpful staff, clean spacious and cozy amenities, and top notch coffee!

Christmas is in two days and we are finally done! This outlet shopping center is small, but had a store and something for everyone on our gift-giving list! The hardest part was not shopping for myself with some of the amazing deals! Lululemon had amazing holiday deals. The coffee shop is located next to the food court by the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory store. Service was quick and the barista was friendly. The interior is nicely decorated and appeared clean. There are bar height seats facing out the front windows that are perfect for people watching. Haha. They have a few options for a snack like pepperoni rolls and pasties. Just ask. Next time we are in the area, we will stop here again for coffee or a seasonal latte. My little guy loves their chocolate milk options and sweet treats. Nice break when shopping to keep dry and warm indoors. We had stopped in last summer also, so it was great for getting an ice coffee and water when it was hot outside.

I'm proud to carry on the tradition started by my great-grandfather, Moowid Joseph. At just 15, he began his journey to the United States from Lebanon up through South America. He began selling fruits and vegetables from a horse and buggy before opening his first grocery store on Long Avenue in New Castle, PA. He believed in fresh ingredients, hard work, and giving his community the very best—and that’s exactly what you’ll experience at The Coffee Tree Roasters by Joseph. This shop is located in downtown Meadville right on Chestnut Street and close to Diamond Park Square. The shop itself is both cute and spacious. It has a display case full of pastries, a counter to order from, and plenty of seating. Towards the back are bathrooms and a small area for children to color. You can also see a roaster through some plexiglass. I wasn't sure if they actually used it, but it was still cool to see it there. For my coffee on this morning I went with one of their specialty lattes, a hot BNB, while my wife went with an iced mocha. The menu described mine as sweet cream butter and brown sugar melted together to make an extra rich, extra creamy, mildly sweet latte. As my drinks were being made, the fluffernutter scone also caught my attention, so I purchased it after the fact. It was still the first thing that I ate, though, and I thought it was pretty good. The marshmallow was on top, and while it was sticky, it was a nice addition to the somewhat indulgent peanut butter scone underneath it. The scone definitely packed a large peanut butter punch, although it was on the drier side, even for a scone. After that I was able to try my coffee and thought that it was pretty flavorful. The coffee itself was bold and came through strong and beautifully. The butter and brown sugar flavors were a bit muddled, though. If anything, the extra creaminess, which almost felt like a silky cream, was probably the biggest contribution from the butter. My wife did enjoy hers, especially the chocolate and coffee flavors coming through. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. I love that Meadville has this charming coffee shop, and I will be back for both coffee and baked goods.
