I had messaged this company to inquire about some coins I had. Specifically, I had mentioned that I had a Canadian nickle that was struck in a dime planchet. Without even seeing an image or inquiring further, they said it would be worth between 20 to 50 bucks. Well, turns out it's actually worth 300 - 500 dollars. I went in to purchase some coin holders and brought it up with them. The guy there said simply, "well, it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it". Be very careful selling to them. It appears that the folks running this company are either incompetent or have, shall we say, questionable ethics - take your pick. Using their website, I placed (and paid-for!) two orders totalling ~ $3,800 on 16 & 21 February, 2016. On the 29'th, a full EIGHT working days after the initial order was placed, Store Manager 'Jason Benjamin' cancelled the transaction, offering the feeble, unconvincing (albeit apologetic...) explanation that they suddenly did "not have them in stock" and indicating that it would be "impossible to restock them...at these prices".
