Parker is less of an agent and more of a friend you'd want by your side while going house hunting. He'll keep you apprised of the sale price of the houses recently sold in the neighborhoods you're looking at, which helps you make an informed decision regarding your purchase i.e. if it is in line with your plans for it as an investment property or personal use. He's good natured and warm to work with, and is prompt in his responses to questions via texts and emails.
