Called, talked with Shaterra and she would not consider my difficulty in having to cancel. A good business owner would have at least given back part of deposit. This is wrong. I cancelled in plenty of time for her to schedule someone else. I understood if I cancelled 48 hours before appointment,-- which I did - -I would get deposit back. I have used other permanent cosmetic companies, and no deposit was ever required. No "punishment" for cancelling either. Terrible policy and unwavering owner to not give MY money back.
