The place gave me a bit of a Shipley Donuts vibe, the donuts here are smaller compared to the ones we had at Twinkle and Ernest. We ordered a maple bacon donut and a feta spinach tart. They also had kolaches, though we didn't try any this time. There were two registers, so checkout was quick, and the staff were kind enough to heat up the spinach tart, which was a nice touch. Overall, this spot offers a wider variety of items and much more affordable prices than the other two donut shops we visited. Plus, there's plenty of parking, which is always a bonus.

Now a senior in college I still come by early and pick up a dozen (donuts-and snacks) for the fam when I visit from uni to give my parents a break from picking up donuts themselves. The lady started recognizing my parents and I as regulars years ago, so as you can imagine it's always nice returning and starting the day off in a familiar and friendly environment. Back before she had the tap to pay machine, she'd print out the receipt that DID NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE only to try to get you to tip. Now that she has the tap to pay Chase machine, it's deceptive. You press 1 to tip and 2 for no tip except the 1 is underneath a red X which makes it appear you press 1 to skip the tip. Fine, blame the machine for the terrible UI, but the fact that she called me out for tipping too little pisses me off.
