I came in and already had the color I wanted in my hair. All I asked Rylee the hairdresser was to just match it all over. I have highlights in my hair so I wanted the colors to all match the original color I had in my roots. Mind you the color of my hair was already a light brown and a slight red color. All she had to do was match the color all around. Instead she dyed my hair darker and I hated it. I paid for the service left and called them to ask if I could have it redone with someone else. They helped me book my appointment and told me I wouldn't be seeing the same hairdresser that it would be someone else. When I went it for them to fix the color it's the same hairdresser Rylee she was rude and had an attitude. She said that if i wanted to go lighter I would have to pay out of pocket but the appointment I had set up was to fix her mistake and now she wanted me to pay additionally for her mistake. I told her I didn't feel comfortable with her doing my hair due to the fact that she wasn't listening to what I wanted and was being rude. I called the color bar and told them I needed someone else to do my hair to book me with someone else. They make my appointment with a different hairdresser and even that person had an attitude when I came in. Saying my appointment was at a different time than what I had as a reminder on my text messages and that he wouldn't be able to do my service then. He said I would have to go at another time and make another appointment. At this point this is my third time coming into the salon and twice I've left with no service done to my hair. I decided to cancel that appointment and went to the hair salon across the street from this one and received an excellent service from In-Style Hair Salon. I would definitely not recommend the color bar because now all I want is a refund for the horrible service and all the trips I had to make to this hair salon. read more
