I called prior to taking my daughters there to get their haircut. I asked how much for kids haircut? The lady on the phone told me $12 for children 13 and under. I have 2 daughter one 11 and one 12. They did get wonderful haircuts however when we went to pay the bill the girl specially asked how old they were I told her and so did my girls, then she told me the bill was $45!!!! I WAS PISSED!!! I was considering hiring them to do my wedding however after that experience I wouldn't give them another dime. I like honest people read more

I don't recall the name of the women who did my hair. She did a decent job on the color but she cut more then I wanted off of my hair and she asked me if I wanted her to blow dry my hair? Which I thought was bizarre because why would I want to leave looking like a wet dog? All over atmosphere was okay but the staff all together wasn't very friendly read more

Normally I have a lady with an accent or the other lady with tattoos cut my hair. They do a fantastic job. This last time I went for my hair to be done I didn't specify who I wanted to do my hair. Some guy with blue hair did my hair. Worst mistake of my life. I couldnt understand anything he was saying because he was talking under his breath. He wouldn't listen to me but kept trying talk me out of what I knew I wanted. I ended up with a completely different color and cut then I went in for. I don't recommend anyone using him. Sticking to what I know from now on. One more added thing this salon looks a lot better than it used to. Very clean and the ladies here are very thoroughly professional. read more

The store hours online listed an 8:00 p.m. closing time. My family and I entered the store at 7:25, hoping to get a haircut for my son. The manager explained that she was "doing a color", and asked if we wanted to wait around. Because my son has school pictures tomorrow, we agreed to wait. Instead of working on our son while her client sat under the dryer, the manager danced around the salon with the client's baby. She held him, rocked him, and repeatedly told him that he was Colombian (in a weird, baby talk voice). After calling around, I finally found another salon in the area that was open. Upon leaving the salon, I told the manager we were leaving. She kept repeating, "I'll be done in 5 minutes", but I was already offput by the while experience. I asked that, the next time she didn't want to help us, please be truthful and SAY, "I'D RATHER PLAY WITH A BABY." (Or, behave professionally, and kindly explain that you are working alone, but would be happy to schedule us for the next day). Driving out a little further from home to Sport Clips, from now on. Well I had a wonderful experience with Tabitha. She was so understanding and patient. I got highlights / color / cut and blow dry. I have never seen my hair so pretty. I didn't really know what I wanted when I went in. She grabbed books and showed me what she thought would work for me. After my experience I brought my kids. She was the best I have ever seen with them. My son is autistic and she was amazing with him. I am telling everyone I know to go see Tabitha! You will be amazed also. read more

We were walk-ins. They were short-staffed and told us right away there would be a wait. We decided to wait rather than driving around looking for another place. Catherine cut my grandsons hair and did such an outstanding job. She really listened to what I wanted and would atop periodically to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. She was great with the boys (6 and 8 yrs. old.). She is now my go-to for their hair cuts. read more

I had called the previous day and made an appointment to have my hair colored. As the lady brushed out my hair, she informed me that she would not be able to color my hair because I had LICE! After being embarrassed, and a panic attack, I fully examined my hair and I saw nothing except a dry scalp, which I explained to Amanda. I then went to tgf haircutters, and the women there assured me my hair was fine I just had some flaking from a DRY scalp. Did I mention they were so sweet and did a fabulous job on my hair!! I will never go back here ever again!! Maybe the stylists should learn how to do their job, and not worry so much about stuffing their faces with ranch and fried mushrooms! read more
