We live in Laurel Canyon, and value originality and not looking like our house belongs in a bland catalog. We had lovely cherry wood cupboards that we hated to give up but we had to do something. Mary explained how we could refinish all the wood, update the appliances, re-do the counters with granite and update the old wood flooring with slate. Now the kitchen is modern in conveniences but still has the warmth that we wanted to keep. We love it and Mary handled all the sub-contractors and made sure they kept on to schedule so we didn't have to worry about them. Definitely recommend her!
