This place is supposed to be for the elderly. But it is not conducive for elderly. The fire alarm could go off at any time day or night and it wakes the whole community up and you have to leave your apartment and go outside rain, shine, sleet, or snow. Then after you go out 99% of the time they are false alarms. In my opinion it is just not worth living there. If you are on the waiting list, don't bother, you are setting yourself up for a big disappointment and it really is not worth it. Just some friendly advice. Please listen.

Best Realtor Ever!!!!!! We met Laura Wilson over 6 years…read moreago. She is a very sweet person. Kind, Intelligent, Knowledgeable, Caring and Friendly. She knows her business. We were living in Kansas at the time. Our cousin introduced us via phone texts, calls and face time. We fell in love with her immediately. She was not our first Realtor, but things did not work out with them. They were nice and knew their business, but in my opinion, they were more interested in selling us a home, rather than making sure we would be pleased with our purchase. Truth be told, our budget was too low for them to really try to help us. But again, this is just my opinion and that's how I was made to feel. This is a lifetime decision, and we did not want to rush into anything. We went from no mortgage to getting a mortgage and this was indeed a HUGE step. Laura listened patiently to what we wanted and needed. She explained the ups and downs we would or could encounter during this process. We are Senior Citizens living on SS and Pension; therefore, we had to make sure we stayed within our budget, which included mortgage payments, utilities and everything else. Laura went right to work looking for homes. She sent us listings that she thought we might like and even gave us suggestions as to those we might consider looking into. Now during this time, she was also busy assisting others in finding homes. She even helps individuals with assistance in finding apartments. But we could call her and leave a message at any time, and she would Always call us back. After several homes and 4 months later, we were Blessed to obtain our current home and have been here for 6 years. This was the best choice and location ever. Laura went out of her way to make sure we were provided with the Very Best Mortgage Lender and Home Inspector. Laura goes above and beyond with her clients. She really cares and she has proven this over and over again. I can still call her today if I have any issues and need a good service person to take care of my problems. In my very Personal Opinion, Laura Wilson exceeds being a realtor, she has become a friend and treats you as such. She treats you like she would want to be treated if the shoe was on the other foot. She cares, really cares. I highly recommend Laura Wilson to anyone that needs a Real Realtor that will listen to you and take care of you to ensure Customer Satisfaction all the way. This company pressure washed our house over a year ago. They left a film all over the house and…read morewindows. We called them several times to come back and left messages. They never called back. This past June l spoke to the owner finally and he made an appointment to come and pressure wash the house. The day before l called to confirm they were coming out. No one answered the phone. I left a message. The following day we waited all day. They never showed up. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is a horrible unprofessional company that is run by an undependable liar.

Turns out, he did an absolute great job spraying down all the dirt and grime on our first floor apartment's outdoor patio! I asked if he did residential services and look forward to referring him to my friends who are homeowners. She always followed up when she said she would and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What started as me looking for a one-bedroom for myself eventually turned into needing a two-bedroom for my sister and me. She adjusted without hesitation and sent over a whole new list of options that actually fit what we needed. She really listened to everything I asked for and made sure the places she sent matched my budget and preferences. Apartment hunting can be overwhelming trying to stay in your price range and still get what you want, so having someone do the searching, send you options, and set up tours makes a huge difference. Candis definitely made this process easier for me. I also really appreciated how she checked in after I secured my place. She followed up at the 30-day mark before my move and again the week of my move just to make sure everything was going smoothly. That meant a lot. Their concierge service was helpful too with resources for movers, rental insurance, and getting utilities set up. They were quick and responsive. Meanwhile the mold in the kitchen was getting worse. They keep saying they were going to have a professional come and clean it but at this point they were going to have to tear down the whole wall. Turns out the neighbors also have had mold problems that were never fixed so we moved out after 3 months arguing with them.
