If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We checked in to shoot our handguns for an hour. We were told it's first-come, first-served. No problem. There were only two groups ahead of us. But when our turn finally came after a 20-minute wait, a group of massive guys cut the line and demanded they go next. Unsurprisingly, it's a bit intimidating to argue with a group of large, aggressive men holding firearms. When I went to the shed to ask the staff for assistance in enforcing their own "first-come, first-served" rule, the kid in the booth completely blew me off and told me to "just work it out." A few minutes later, another bay opened up. Once again, another group cut right in front of us. When I asked the employee for help a second time, he gave me a completely useless response, claiming "James knows the order." When I asked where James was? "Oh, he's not here." They literally told us to just keep waiting in line while letting everyone walk all over us. The staff here is the rudest, most useless group of people of any business around. They completely ignored our safety and comfort, allowed other customers to intimidate my wife, and treated us like second-class citizens. To top it all off, when we demanded our money back to leave this circus, they refused a refund and would only give us Range Credit. They are literally holding our money hostage, forcing us to come back one more time. This place is only 5 miles from my house, and I would still happily drive 30 miles out of my way to Jacksonville just to avoid this trash dynamic. They have zero management, zero control over their safety or lines, and sub-zero customer service. Do not recommend to anyone.

Saltwaters Shooting Club - Each station has a nice bench and roof overhead. Also a magnetic pole/bin to pick up your empty shells.

Dude went over very few laws, very few helpful things, but did tell us to KEEP THE GUN SAFETY OFF. We learned that any concealed position other than hip is useless, according to him. We learned that his guns are right above wholesale prices. You start with a speech about why you should buy from him. I'd say 80% of the actual class is him pushing his tactical master classes, and then you end with a speech about buying those and how "worth it" they are. If they're anything like this class, I can assure you, they are not worth it. He tries to convince you they are by telling you gun ranges are a complete and total waste of time. All the 5 star reviews look great... until you realize he bribed us to do them. You get store credit for leaving a 5 star review. (A significant amount of store credit). I did not take that opportunity because 1) I knew I wasn't going back there and 2) I wanted to leave an honest review. They do have a good warranty on their guns, (provided they actually honor it, but I don't, and won't, know). The short of it is I left that class knowing nothing. I am so grateful for a gun runners class I took 6 years ago. I learned so much more there than I did here. If this were the only weapons class I took, I would have absolutely NO business concealing a firearm. Somebody is going to get hurt.

Fast forward to Saturday and there I was... Standing in a hotel lobby waiting for this class to start. First off, not the fault of the instructor, but the chairs were super uncomfortable. My ass was hurting during this whole class. Also, it was long... You could most certainly sign up for shorter classes elsewhere if you don't need the additional information, or extras that are offered with TCC. I "hear" the level 2 and above classes are great however I can't attest to that. I sort of wished I signed up for a shorter class, but I am also glad I did attend this one.
