Initially thinking I had to get a new phone I was going that route. Having seconds thoughts I called one cell phone repair place and they wouldn't be able to fit me in for days. I called this place having driven by it so many times. (Questioning the location) and so glad I did. 45 minutes later phone as good as new. Responsive. Cheaper than other locations. And nice. Yes that's right even nice!!! Wow. Also gave me a military discount though that isn't something they automatically have. Highly recommend. Would definitely go back. No recourse from with Amazon/Office Depot due to ink purchased back in April.. Originally thought it was my printer and after messing around trying to get it to work on and off for months I finally gave up and called HP. They determined the ink was counterfeit after sending me new ink which imagine that it works fine!!

I got the chair and laptop I wanted, after being in the store for about 30 minutes. I asked the sales associate why did they only have two people working in the store? The reply he gave me was a bit surprising, after he profusely apologized for my long wait. He went on to tell me how Staples is cutting employees hours and might eventually sell out to Office Depot.
