Its a Sunday morning and I just picked up my laptop from Compucare. It went from being a boat anchor to what looks and runs like a brand new computer. I couldn't be happier. Eric checked out my laptop in front of me, ruled out some obvious problems and from his experience and knowledge of the manufacturers pointed out from induced symptoms that the problem was the hard drive. He kept me in the loop with many and timely phone calls as to the progress made acquiring the new bigger and better hard drive, Eric made the choice as to which hard drive be my decision.
