But the best part was it was one stop shopping. Joanne helped her plan everything - DJ, florist, cake, signage, bar... you name it, she provided and she was very fair with her pricing. She made my sister feel special and removed the anxiety she was feeling from planning from a distance. The day of the reception Kandise and Grace stepped right in to make sure all our needs were met. Virtually a one stop shop - Stress reducer for sure! Upon meeting with Joanne for our tour, we fell in love with the facility. They do a great job of helping you set expectations, and they handle basically everything except for a photographer and your favors. They are incredibly kind. Being a same sex couple we did not know what to expect. The Conservatory did an amazing job of treating us like everyone else, even going as far as editing their forms to groom/groom. We were treated like any other opposite sex couple and to us, that meant more than anything. They are clear and concise in what is included, what it will cost and there are NO surprises at the end. They made our day special. We were not rushed the day of, and the coordinators took special care of my husband and I as well as our family. If you're going in not sure what to expect, or if you know exactly what you want, the people here are amazing. They also provide the catering, and the food was top notch. The service provided was excellent. They sent us with lovely to go boxes of food, and a bottle of the delicious champagne from our toast. read more

This building and grounds in the back are beautiful! The staff is good, but the waiters/ servers hired for the wedding we attended this weekend were not knowledgeable about the food they were serving. We understand that the venue may have not made the food, but the venue should be knowledgeable of what they are serving. We were told "they didn't make it, they have no idea what's in it". We had people at our table with food restrictions and when we asked what was what and what each dish had in it, the servers could not provide any information. It would have been rude to ask the bride and groom.l- so we had to investigate. We had the Rabbi at our table and he had to eat Kosher. The venue had a garden like feel on the inside and and outside and of course our bride had the place gorgeously decorated. The location isn't the best for a wedding since there was a lot of road noise in the back patio during the ceremony due to the location being in downtown Acworth, but over all beautiful place. read more

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!! My husband and I got married here on April 28th and this venue and the staff were beyond perfect. They did everything!! The food was so good, the flowers, table decorations and outdoor decorations were beautiful. We got so many compliments on how it was the best wedding our guests had ever attended, on the food and the venue itself. I really can't say enough about this venue and the staff. We fell in love with it from the first time we saw it. The staff are very respectful of our budget and our time. We live a couple hours away and nothing compared to this place and the staff. I recently attended a beautiful wedding for my friends Antony and Angela B. over the Thanksgiving weekend here and was pleasantly surprised with this wonderful venue. The Conservatory at Waterstone is located on Main St. in the heart of downtown Acworth. The weather was perfect so my friends were able to have their ceremony outdoors. The building offers plenty of opportunities to decorate and customize to your liking. The bridal suite is spacious and so is the groom's area located in the basement area across from the outdoor ceremony site. I was asked to help emcee the wedding and assist in the coordinating of events so it was an extreme pleasure to work with Michelle, the resident wedding planner here and the staff throughout the day. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating to all the guests including the wedding party. You must personally make a visit to envision your dream wedding here. The pictures don't do this venue justice. It's about 40 minutes from Buckhead and about an hour from the north suburbs of GA. They have plenty of options to accommodate your ceremony and reception needs and the catering is also done in house so it makes it easier for planning purposes. Highly recommended and going forward I plan on telling as many folks as I can about this beautiful event venue for weddings or private parties. read more

We went here for a wedding and thought the venue was overall nice. The location is right in the heart of the town. As you walk in, you are in a room that looks like a restaurant. A bit small but was nice for a standup appetizer passing. In the back is a very quaint area for a wedding and reception. I thought the place was gorgeous for a small wedding under 100 people. Any more than that would have been too much. bottom line...great venue for a small quaint wedding. the location is amazing. pros: location cute setting for a small wedding or small party cons the layout is awkward because you have to walk through a room to get to the main area. not a huge deal but could be improved! read more

Had our wedding here last night and it was an amazing experience. This venue is perfect for those that want to have a beautiful wedding without having to sort through vendors and plan each thing out individually. They made things so easy from the beginning. They reached out whenever it was time take another action ( dinner tasting, cake tasting, choosing decor, etc). I could not have asked for a more perfect experience. Suzan was our day of coordinator and she did a great job of keeping things on track and making sure we were happy. They thought of everything! They even packed us up individual to go plates of our wedding food to have the next day. The packed up our cake. Helped us with a DJ...i mean man. No complaints. I've received so many compliments about the food and decor. One friend even told us our wedding was her dream wedding! Attended a wedding at this venue, it was amazing, full of old charm and character. The food was that of a fine dining restaurant, delicious. The staff and service was fantastic. The space is beautiful inside and out. Would have given 5 stars except the bumble bees outside were a huge nuisance, not sure what could be done, but something should during ceremony. It would be hard to know where to start. They made our day perfect! It started a little over a year before our wedding date. The venue offers a couple different packages and they are all an exceptionally good deal. They are an all inclusive venue including food, drink (alcohol packages separate) cake, DJ, & flowers. They go over every detail and work with your ideas and requests. The cake was beautiful and our original design. The decorator they use was very accommodating with our unique requests. The DJ was so good, our family from out of town wanted him to do a wedding in Pennsylvania. He too worked with our requests. Finally, when was the last time guests raved about the food at a wedding buffet? In our case, just a month ago!! That's how good the food was! While the officiant and photographer are not part of the package, they give you three suggestions (you can use your own if you'd like) for each. The officiant (Lynn Sennett) was amazing, working with us back and forth on the ceremony, making it personal to us. The pictures shown are from the photographer we chose (Jennifer Mills). They have indoor and outdoor options for the wedding. Inside is reminiscent of bourbon street with the wrought iron railings and bricks in the floor. Definitely give this place a look. Your guests will be pleasantly surprised once they walk inside and so will you!!!! Last, and far from least, the staff was simply amazing to deal with! It's a hidden gem!!!! read more

I recently attended a wedding at the Conservatory. This is such a BEAUTIFUL venue. The rustic design gave so much personality to the ceremony and reception. The layout is intimate and creates a great environment to mingle. The staff was super attentive and friendly as well. The food was outstanding!! Everything seemed hot and fresh. The menu we had was very diverse - Served buffet style, all dishes were clearly labeled and even noted for vegetarian and gluten requirements. The cake was beautiful and delicious. My wife and I had our vow renewal ceremony on June 30, 2017. When we were first looking at venues, we were immediately impressed by the Conservatory at Waterstone's package offerings and the scope and depth of the services. The venue provides, or has vendor partners, for everything including (but not limited to) food, flower arrangements, a photo booth, DJ, and cake. This type of service made the planning process for my wife and I go smoothly (we really valued this considering our busy schedules). The day of the ceremony went perfectly; Michelle was our coordinator and she ensured that the entire event was on schedule. We did not have to worry at all about organizing, arranging, or guiding our guests. Marithza and I were able to have an amazing experience and really enjoy our special day because of the amazing work by the staff at the venue. Our guests had a great time and some were also amazed at how beautiful the facility is. We would highly recommend the Conservatory at Waterstone. My wedding was actually 8 months ago, but better to review late than never... I'm not a very detail oriented person, so this part of wedding planning really stressed me out. Thank goodness for these amazingly helpful ladies at Waterstone--they took care of literally everything (except photographer). All I had to do was share pictures of some flowers and ceterpieces I liked and they made it happen, all within our budget. Sara the baker is also incredible (get the pound cake and red velvet, trust me). We've actually used her for other events since having her cake at our wedding. The guests still rave about the cake. We unfortunately had a severe medical emergency during photos before the ceremony, but the staff were all on point to corral guests who had started to arrive (and opened a little pre-ceremony cocktail hour) while paramedics attended to the situation, and they did a great job keeping the group calm and making sure we were all okay. Everything was fine in the end, thank God, but this really could've been a disaster and the wedding might not have happened. The food was really good too, and you can't argue that the place isn't beautiful. It's a very unique venue that doesn't need much dressing up. The brick walls, wood floors, iron railing and subtle lighting make for a very warm, intimate setting. It was a very memorable evening (for multiple reasons) and we did it all without breaking the bank. read more
