He was selling magic stuff as bundles when he clearly couldn't get anyone to buy the hundreds that he already has on shelves. He also has event items that are to be given away to customers, but in order to receive them you have to buy bundles worth 200$ at the least. I tried other means of payment for them as well, even offering to buy some individually, but the man is stubborn and hard headed. No clue how this business is still up and running. Wouldn't recommend even in the slightest. The other women working there are awesome, but brother is just too much. Shop elsewhere. There's a shop at the mall near by, located over by the movie side as you walk in. Much better people and business there. Even GameXChange is a better place than Collector's Den. As an out of town person, this is definitely the worst place to shop in Wichita Falls.

You pay the rest that way you're not on a lot of money, but that's not how it work. You have to pay for the whole thing and if you don't go back and get it the next that's what I believe the rules need to change on at least give a person 72 hours at least because it's like things happen life changes so at least give a person 72 hours. You know be thankful that you guys are for free and able to resell it to us so if you're getting it for free and then you sell it to me and somehow happen I can't get it then I my money and then the next person try to get it and then with on their money so it's a free item that you haven't been paid for two times and still able to make money from the third person off of it. That's what I dislike about that that donation center, and I feel like changes needs to be made me personally if I can it I'm be the one who get that changed. The pick up process was hassle free and painless. I called the center to schedule a pick up. The woman on the phone was very friendly and to the point. I had to schedule the pick up for about a week after the day I called because they were very busy (keep that in mind). The men that came to pick up my furniture were very friendly and professional. They called about 30 minutes before they came to verify my location. Upon arrival, they were quick to load up their truck and were back on the road in 10 minutes. My friend recommended this donation center since she also donated some furniture to them and used their pick up process. She also had a hassle free experience and we highly appreciate that they are willing to come pick up. We would not have a way to give them the furniture otherwise.
