I will say, the amount of lobster seems to have slimmed down a little over the years...maybe an ounce or so? And yes, I noticed. I have photographic evidence! I've been sending pictures of these glorious lobster rolls to my sister for years purely to rub this delicacy in her face, so I basically have my own unofficial lobster-roll archive. The crinkle-cut fries are another must, especially with a little Old Bay sprinkled on top. That tiny dusting takes them from "good fries" to "hand me another basket immediately." And don't sleep on the fried shrimp platter. The shrimp are plentiful, nicely seasoned, and consistently one of my favorites when I somehow manage to order something besides lobster. I've had the whoopie pies. I've had the Snap Dogs. They're perfectly fine, I'm sure. But this body was not built on "perfectly fine." This body was built on the REALLY good stuff. LOBSTER. The food was prepared within 10 minutes or so and served hot to go in styrofoam. The humus was served separately. The first bite set a great first tone and was tasty. I had mine minus olives and hot sauce. The meat was tasty and consistent throughout the meal. Everything seemed fresh! The humus was excellent. I immediately looked up their schedule and a few hours later went to grab a bite to eat! We started off with schnitzel, spätzel, and potato salad. We were so impressed with the schnitzel, we went back for more and also tried the curry fries. The potato salad is different than what I am used to from German restaurants, but it was still good. Every time I see a "Philly Cheese Steak" menu item, I understand what u will get is not the cheesesteak I grew up on. That's okay. I'm not a die hard purist. I generally, however, don't order one. Truck staff were awesome, friendly and fun to talk with. They had quite a task feeding several hundred hungry warriors, mages, alchemists, bards and rogues. My only suggestion for improvement is one I make often with newcomers to the glory of the cheesesteak: you need a roll with good structure that absorbs the ingredients without falling apart. One with a serious crust and soft interior. Amorosos. Paganos. That kind. I would definitely order from their food truck again and I'd visit their restaurant next time I'm in the area.

This dish was perfect! All of my co-workers were so happy with their dishes too! Two ordered the pernil & empanadas. Another ordered the Cubano. Now, I know I saw a pic of the Cubano w/ bread. This time it was served w/ a tortilla. My co-worker wished it was on bread too but, said it was still verrrrry good! Gotta stalk Sofrito more as there are other menu items I want to try! Kudos!!
