Best breakfast burritos in Hampton Roads. The coop sauce is incredible, the tortillas are perfectly chewy while also nicely crisped. I tried their original breakfast burrito and their Fall Special burrito. Both were great. I personally liked the original better, but enjoyed each bite of both. There are multiple food trucks, in many locations daily. I went to the one on Little Creek base which is in the parking lot in the corner of Gator & Independence. Pay close attention to their website, because locations change. They often frequent markets and events, which is also posted on their website. Be prepared about this: when they sell out, the truck closes and it's pretty hard to figure out if this has happened. I recommend coming on the early side to be on the safe side. Overall, loved our visit and customer service was great!

I've had the opportunity to try out their breakfast burritos twice now at commonwealth brewery and they are delicious. For once people are not lying about the craze. I highly recommend getting one when you get a chance and add some yummy hot sauce. My sister tried one of their chicken burritos and those look bomb as well. Disclaimer: they're a little messy so get ready to dig in!

My sister and I were in town and was craving some good breakfast before going out and about in exploring the city. They offer some amazing, huge and delicious burritos. They are extremely busy so please be patient :)

My breakfast burrito was delicious. It was stuffed with delicious eggs; bacon, sausage, potatoes, and Coop sauce. Staff was friendly and my wait time was only about 5 minutes. I will definitely be back!

My review system goes like this: * 3 stars is somewhere I wouldn't turn down, but wouldn't choose of my own accord. * 4 or 2 stars is somewhere that I either really enjoyed or really disliked, and I would recommend for or against it if asked. * 5 or 1 stars means that a place is so outstanding (or awful) that I am telling people about it before they even ask. Y'all, I am shouting the virtues of The Coop from every hilltop I can find! Their Breakfast Burritos (saucy, overstuffed, and full of eggy, sausagey goodness) are consistently the best thing you have ever eaten before 9am. Today, I branched out to have their Breakfast Bowl. Chicken, eggs, jalapeños, guac, sauce, all on a bed of greens (a nice touch, but probably more to keep the box from leaking or falling apart). Please, I ask of you: Go try The Coop, and then find the closest hilltop, because you're gonna have some shouting to do!

Delicious!!!! I split the breakfast burrito & pulled pork burrito and they were both great! It's a good truck and you can follow the account on instagram to see where it will be located when you're craving one of their burritos! It was at Commonwealth brewery when i tried it (and you can find it there often)!

The Breakfast Burrito! So darn good. Fresh, hot and perfect! Potato, egg, coop sauce, cheese and bacon!

Found The Coop at my favorite local farmers market! I ordered the Breakfast Burrito which includes bacon, egg, potatoes, cheese and coop sauce. So freaking good. It was ready within five minutes so it was very hot but so delish. The people running the truck were very friendly and accommodating. Plus their truck logo is just so cute!

This was my second time with the coop. My first was at the farmhouse brewery with cool crisp draft (you just cannot go wrong with that lol). And we ordered bunch of wraps for work lunch of course minus beer . My habanero egg bacon wrap was excellent with a nice amount of spices. It was a giant wrap as it always is but I managed to eat them all in one sitting then I wasn't able to avoid the food coma soon after lol. They call them burrito but I think they should call it 'wrap'. Just my opinion. As you can imagine, I will definitely indulge the coop any chance I get.

Raising the bar for food truck food. The Poutine fries with Maple Brown Ale gravy is excellent.

The lobster roll is the star of the show--tender, juicy, buttery perfection piled into a soft roll like it knows exactly how important it is. I will say, the amount of lobster seems to have slimmed down a little over the years...maybe an ounce or so? And yes, I noticed. I have photographic evidence! I've been sending pictures of these glorious lobster rolls to my sister for years purely to rub this delicacy in her face, so I basically have my own unofficial lobster-roll archive. The crinkle-cut fries are another must, especially with a little Old Bay sprinkled on top. That tiny dusting takes them from "good fries" to "hand me another basket immediately." And don't sleep on the fried shrimp platter. The shrimp are plentiful, nicely seasoned, and consistently one of my favorites when I somehow manage to order something besides lobster. I've had the whoopie pies. I've had the Snap Dogs. They're perfectly fine, I'm sure. But this body was not built on "perfectly fine." This body was built on the REALLY good stuff. LOBSTER. Bite of Maine remains my lobster-roll champion. Everybody else is just out here participating. Inside is cool and quaint, lobster eclectic with a community vibe. Service is fast!

This day I was fixated on food truck chasing so, I did and was very pleased. Four of my co-workers caught wind of my plans and followed suite. Not sure how location and placement are determined. This was a Thursday. Location was Lake Wright Drive tucked away in a GATED parking lot. I found out later all of my co-workers had difficulty finding food truck too but, still worth it! I ordered the Tripleta to go. It came with chips. I normally like VERY spicy food. This wasn't spicy but, I LOVVED IT! A lot of flavors and A LOT of TENDER meat! I'm thinking the tortillas had to be homemade as they were not like any tortilla I've ever had! THREE meats... Chicken, pork, and ham. The slaw was made perfect! Not too sweet nor too tangy. This dish was perfect! All of my co-workers were so happy with their dishes too! Two ordered the pernil & empanadas. Another ordered the Cubano. Now, I know I saw a pic of the Cubano w/ bread. This time it was served w/ a tortilla. My co-worker wished it was on bread too but, said it was still verrrrry good! Gotta stalk Sofrito more as there are other menu items I want to try! Kudos!!
