One time I went in to be told if I didn't have cash, to leave. Their internet was down. No apologies, or options. I scrambled to go get cash. I was pennies short on the 2 items. Rather than waive the change so I could take both items, I had to put one back. The next time, I went in with cash. Again, I was coldly told they couldn't take my cash, as they couldn't make the necessary change. WHAAAAT?! As a result, I had to use a charge card that I didn't want to use. Again, no apologies. Until recently, I had always been satisfied with the grooming quality. However, during our most recent visit, one of my dogs came home extremely skittish and frightened. She would not come near me for over two days, which was completely out of character. I was so concerned that I took her to the veterinarian to make sure nothing was physically wrong. Thankfully, she was fine. I later called the salon simply to ask whether anything unusual may have happened during her grooming appointment and was told no. When I called again to schedule a holiday appointment, I requested our usual groomer and politely asked that they be extra gentle with my female Maltese, explaining that she had seemed unusually traumatized after her last visit. After being put on hold, the manager came on the phone and abruptly told me they would no longer groom my dogs. I was shocked. I had never made any accusations--only expressed concern for my dog's wellbeing and asked for extra care. The explanation given was that they felt there had been "accusations," which I strongly disagree with. After six years of loyalty, I found this response extremely defensive, dismissive, and concerning. Being unwilling to even discuss a client's concern or reassure a long-term customer raises serious red flags for me. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this salon based on this experience.

I also use their toys for my other pets and as gifts to the neighbors who watch my pets (the neighbot has a sugar glider and I also have a squirrel) I would love to see these toys in more stores.
