This store is supposed to have a larger, premium collection compared to other stores. My husband and I shopped here in the hopes that we would find a particular Portuguese liquor. As we walked around looking at the shelves, no employees spoke with us. The store's website, though, said that this liquor was special-order, so we will have to order it online for pickup in about one month. My husband picked out a Japanese wine that he had enjoyed last year in Japan. Its price was reasonable. At the checkout counter, the employee accurately rang up our purchase and nicely thanked us.

I'm 23 and I know that I have a pretty young looking face so of course I'm okay with being carded since it'd be absurd not to but what I'm NOT okay with is feeling like I'm being interrogated every time I come in to buy something. I've never had anyone else take my ID, stare back and forth between it and me for almost 10 seconds and then have to either smile since that's what I'm doing in the picture on my card or answer a question about myself that only I would know on it (my address, birthday, etc.) in public with other customers in line behind me who can hear very personal information about myself being given out just so I can get an overpriced 12-pack of malt liquor. To say it's a humiliating experience is a HUGE understatement. I don't understand why I've been treated this way the last few times I've gone in because I'm always quiet, I keep to myself, I go in knowing what I want so I'm only spending a very brief amount of time in the store, I have my ID and debit card ready when I walk up to the counter to check out, I'm polite and I never cause problems of any kind PERIOD, and yet I'm treated as if I can't be trusted the very moment I come through the front door. Guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Which set me back as the only reason he is even getting payed is because I am buying liquor from your store! You should always great your customers nicely no matter how much you hate your job or how bad your life is! i would recommend anyone go to a different fine wine and spirits where people show actual courtesy and care when you are shopping there. Please run the other way and never go to this fine wine & spirits!
